Effect per rank

• Increases the duration of your Clairvoyance spell by 4 seconds, and reduces its cooldown by 5 seconds.

Requirements

• Requires 16 points in Utility.

Strategy

Mystical Vision greatly increases the effectiveness of Clairvoyance, it is often a good idea to have them both, rather than just the spell.
