• Pulverize: stun duration reduced to 2.2 from ~2.7 sec.

Fiddlesticks

• Terrify: fear duration modified to 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 from 1/1.75/2.5/3.25/4 sec.
• Drain:
  • Received a new particle to better express its use.
  • Made this spell not penetrate Magic Resistance.
  • Damage increased to 40/70/100/130/160 from 30/60/90/120/150 (overall damage increase vs. minions, overall damage decrease vs. champions).

• Double Strike: chance to double strike modified to 15% from 12/16/20%.

Morgana

• Dark Binding: damage increased to 66/132/231/308/440 from 60/120/210/280/400.

Ryze

• Spell Flux: ability power ratio reduced to 0.75 from 1 (per bounce).

Soraka

• Starcall: mana cost increased to 42/54/66/78/90 from 30/45/60/75/90.

Tryndamere

• Undying Rage: duration reduced to 7 from 8 sec.
• Battle Fury: (Passive) critical strike chance modifier changed to 70% at all levels from 50%/70%/90%/100% (now he only achieves 70% when at 1% life).

Twisted Fate

• Gate: Fixed an issue which caused him to cancel his gate and attack a nearby enemy unit.

• Time Bomb: mana cost reduced to 80/95/110/125/140 from 90/105/120/135/150.

• REMAKE Warden's Mail: Warden's Mail proc no longer deals damage and stuns for 1 second, it now slows movement and attack speeds by 40% for 3 seconds.
• REMAKE Last Whisper:
  • Last Whisper now penetrates 33% of the defender's armor (UNIQUE).
  • Recipe cost reduced to 750 from 850.
• Mana Manipulator: mana regeneration per 5 reduced to 8 from 9.
• Mejai's Soulstealer: ability power gain per kill reduced to 10 from 12.
• Long Sword: now properly shows that it is a component for Madred's Razors.
• Fixed a bug which caused Archangel's Staves to stack.
• Fixed a few minor issues with UNIQUE item stacking.
• Fixed a number of Tooltip bugs.

Summoner Spells

• Experience Table: reduced dramatically, your summoner will level much quicker once again.
• Exhaust: slow reduced to 40% from 50%.
• Teleport: cooldown reduced to 3½ from 4 minutes.
• Good Hands Good Hands: death duration reduction reduced to 5/10/15% from 7/14/21%.
• Clairvoyance: fixed a bug that caused Clairvoyance to remain post duration ending.
• Promote:
  • Bonus health per level increased to 250 from 200.
  • Cleave increased to 100% from 80%.
• Boost: Now activates a 30 second duration spell shield (90 sec cool down), also removes any slows/silences/snares currently on the caster.

General

• Brightened the new Mech Minions and Cannon Minions.
• Corrected the collision sizes of the new Mech Minions and Cannon Minions.
• Death Timers lowered to 20/20/20/25/25/30/30/37/37/44/51/58/65/65/70/70/75/75 from 20/20/20/25/25/30/30/37/44/51/58/65/70/75/80/85/85/85.
• Neutral Minion Lizard: Magic Resist reduced to 0 from 60.
• Correctly named buildings so they will be addressed correctly when pinged.
• Fixed a bug with Neutral Minions were not returning to their camp after the aggressive champion ran away.
