- Passive: While in the river, you gain 25 bonus movement speed and 5 − 30（基于等级） Ability Power or 3 − 18（基于等级） bonus Attack Damage (Adaptive).
- This rune provides no bonuses outside of Summoner's Rift, or in Game Modes where the river is inaccessible.
