Strategy

• Viktor starts with Prototype Hex Core item in his inventory and he cannot sell it. It cannot be bought by anyone.
• It is advisable to upgrade this item as soon as possible since upgraded versions of this item give Viktor additional ability effects.

Trivia

• This item reflects Viktor's progressive nature of creating custom inventions to further his goals.
• The Perfect Hex Core has one of the highest single-value ability power bonus in the game, at 180 AP at level 18. It is outclassed only by a Seraph's Embrace with 4334 or more mana or a ​ Spellbinder with an active with more than 75 charges.
• It also combos well with Rabadon's Deathcap, and the two together provide 420 AP (Including Rabadon's passive).
• While unstated, Viktor does not gain the Glorious Evolution until after he has augmented all of his basic abilities.
• Similar previous item was Augment Death.
