Main article: Zoe (Development)
  • Zoe is voiced by Erica Lindbeck in League of Legends icon League of Legends and Legends of Runeterra icon Legends of Runeterra[1].
  • During development, she was called Mirror Mage.[2] Some of her early concepts incorporated mirrors.
  • Zoe's in-game teaser would spawn Sleepy Trouble Bubble Sleepy Trouble Bubble in both Summoner's Rift icon Summoner's Rift bases at the beginning of the game.
  • Usually, Twilight denotes dusk & connotes old age, as well as the approaching end (cf. Ragnarøkkr "the gods' twilight"); yet Zoe embodies "mischief, change, and imagination".
  • During development, Zoe looked stranger and more mysterious. Apparent age jumped around a lot (8-20). Her author Odin 'WAAARGHbobo' Austin Shafer argued strongly for her to appear older OR younger, since her looking halfway between may become problematic.[3]. In the end, Zoe's physical features were disproportionately designed much like Annie Annie to show her detailed expressions and to have her character read more easily as a child.[4]
  • During development, one of Zoe passive was similar to Corki's Corki's The Package The Package. Zoe would bring a giant water baloon into a fight that can flood a section of jungle, and possibly put multiple enemies to sleep.[5]

Universe icon nav Universe

Main article: Zoe (Character)
  • As mentioned in her lore, Zoe Zoe was likely born between 1550 and 1400 years ago, between the Darkin war and Mordekaiser Mordekaiser second reign. However, barely a year has passed for her in the celestial realm, so she remains physically and mentally a young teenager.
  • Zoe is more of a chaotic good character, whereas traditional tricksters are chaotic evil to chaotic neutral. She is generally benevolent; however, she serves the bigger picture at the expenses of some indiviuals or sometimes unknowingly causes destruction.
  • She likes eating Chocolate Mooncakes.
    • She also likes butterflies, unicorns, and watching the end of finite realities.
  • Her scarf is knitted from the wool of an Erbok.
  • Zoe is the second-released champion from the 03MT004-full Lunari order.
  • Zoe can change her eye color on a whim.[6]
  • As both a trickster and a herald, many of Zoe's lines have double meanings (including the word "sparkles") and can be broadly interpreted.[7]
  • Narrative Writer Jared Rosen rates her as one of the most knowledgeable known beings in the universe behind Swain Swain and Aurelion Sol Aurelion Sol.[8]
  • The Ionia Crest icon Ionians use of twilight is separate to the meaning given to it by Targon Crest icon Targonians. Ionia considers twilight as a time of when dark and light are in balance while Targonians view it as a time of transition or change.
Myisha, the Aspect of Twilight during the Darkin war[9]
  • Myisha was the host of the Aspect during the Great Darkin war; based on the description from Twilight of the Gods, she was possibly a young adult when she became its host.
  • She was somewhat violating the Prime Directive, giving mortals the power to defeat the Darkin with 'plausible deniability…' of a sort. "Hey, I didn't do it, these mortals did…"
  • At the end of Twilight of the Gods, when Myisha has succeeded in tricking the Darkin and many of them where trapped in their weapons through the use of the Chalicar Chalicar she turned the combined power of the Darkin (and aspects) against them, so she 'force multiplied' that moment in the amphitheater to be powerful enough to achieve what she wanted.
