Active: Zilean channels temporal energy to reset an ally's ability cooldown.

Time Warp, like every slow, cannot reduce enemy movement speed below 110.

Active: Zilean places a protective time rune on the target ally champion or himself, lasting for 7 seconds.

If the target takes fatal damage during that time, they are put in stasis for 3 seconds and then revived, regaining a set amount of Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)health.

Health Regained:: 600 / 850 / 1100 Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)(+ 200% AP)

Chronoshift will not trigger if the target is killed by the Nexus Obelisk.
Chronoshift takes precedence over all other revive effects ( Guardian Angel, Rebirth)
