Contempt for the Weak

Innate: Zed's basic attacks against targets Health icon below 50% maximum health deal 6 / 8 / 10% (based on level) of target's maximum health as Magic damage bonus magic damage. Against monsters, the damage is increased by 100%, but is capped at 200 / 350 / 500 (based on level).

Contempt for the Weak can only affect the same target once every few seconds.

Razor Shuriken

Living Shadow

First Cast: Zed's Zed's Shadow Shadow dashes in the target direction, remaining in place for 5 seconds and being able to mimic Razor Shuriken Razor Shuriken and Shadow Slash Shadow Slash while in range of each other.

Zed restores Energy icon energy whenever a Zed's Shadow Shadow lands a mimicked ability on the same target he does. This may only happen once per cast ability.

Living Shadow 2

Second Cast - Shadow Swap: While in range of each other, Zed and his Zed's Shadow Shadow Flash blink to their respective locations, swapping places.

Notes
  • Both casts count as an ability activation for the purposes of on-cast effects such as Spellblade, charging Spellbinder item Spellbinder, and stacking Force Pulse Force Pulse.
  • While Grounded icon grounded Zed can cast Living Shadow but may not swap places with it.
  • The Zed's Shadow Shadow grants Sight icon sight of its surroundings and is Playful untargetable.
  • Zed always has an arrow next to him pointing in the direction of his Zed's Shadow Shadows. It has three different colors, each one symbolizes important information about the specific Shadow. They are only visible to Zed.

A yellow arrow signifies the Zed's Shadow Shadow is about to disappear.

Shadow (Red Arrow)

A red arrow (orange in colorblind mode) indicates the Zed's Shadow Shadow is unable to be swapped places with.

Active: Zed and his Zed's Shadow Shadows slash, dealing Attack damage physical damage to surrounding enemies.

Enemies hit by a Zed's Shadow Shadow's Shadow Slash are Slow icon slowed for 1.5 seconds. Enemies hit by multiple slashes take no additional damage but the slow's potency is increased by 50%.

Death Mark

Death Mark

First Cast: Zed becomes Playful untargetable for 0.6 seconds after which he Dash dashes through the target enemy Champion icon champion over 0.4 seconds, marking them, becoming Ghost ghosted for 3 seconds, and spawning a Zed's Shadow Shadow at the cast location which lasts for 6.5 seconds. After 0.5 seconds of his reappearance, he can activate Death Mark 2 Death Mark Shadow.

For the next 3 seconds, the mark stores a percentage of all pre-mitigation Attack damage physical damage and Magic damage magical damage Zed and his Zed's Shadow Shadows deal to the target, detonating at the end of the duration to deal Attack damage physical damage.

Physical Damage:
100% AD (+ 25 / 40 / 55% of damage dealt)
Death Mark 2

Second Cast - Death Mark Shadow: Regardless of distance between each other, Zed and the Death Mark Zed's Shadow Shadow Flash blink to their respective locations, swapping places.

If the target dies or is 1950 units away before the dash begins, Death Mark is canceled, goes on a 5 second Cooldown reduction icon cooldown, and Zed reappears at the cast location.

  • Both casts count as an ability activation for the purposes of on-cast effects such as Spellblade, charging Spellbinder item Spellbinder, and stacking Force Pulse Force Pulse.
  • The mark can be prevented by becoming Playful untargetable before it is applied (untargetability after application will not prevent the mark's detonation).
  • Death Mark's Zed's Shadow Shadow is functionally the same as a regular one, but it lasts longer and can be recast regardless of range.
    • The range at which they mimic Zed's abilities do not change.
  • Death Mark's stored damage derives from all abilities, items, and buffs.
  • Spell Shield Spell shields will only block the mark's application. They will not block the detonation from a mark that is already applied.
  • If the mark is strong enough to kill the target, a spinning shuriken will appear above the victim to indicate their death. This does not however consider Hybrid resistances icon shields or forms of damage modifiers.
