Nexus by the same amount. Barrier and Blockade completely render Healing ineffective, but the excess damage of Overwhelm still works normally (in case the damage is greater than health). Tough will reduce the amount of health recovered by 1.
Some effects like "Drain X to do something", which won't fizzle even if it doesn't deal any damage.
