Brackern[]

Surrounded around the Shuriman Continent are several clans of Brackern, including clans in the Shuriman desert.

Dormun[]

The Dormun are gigantic, slow-moving creatures protected with large chitinous plates covering their body. In the harsh conditions of Shurima they have evolved to survive the perpetual drought by utilizing an unknown sense to locate hidden reservoirs of water. Incidentally, certain nomadic tribes have built themselves a permanent home upon the backs of these beasts where they clean the creature and hunt any airborne pests who venture near.

Eka'Sul[]

Desert goats that travel in herds.

Mwatis[]

Mwatis are goatlike creatures with large plated casques on their heads. Mwati wool and plate are prised for felting and insulation.

Kmiros[]

Gigantic scarabs that roam in swarms, looking for unfortunate travelers to feed on. They seem to be common prey for Rammus Rammus.

Outerbeasts[]

Beside the Xer'Sai, other creatures from the Void, referred to as 'outerbeasts', can be found in the desert.

  • Xer'Sai: Creatures from the Void that plague the southern deserts. They are the size of big dogs on average, but can be smaller or much bigger. Rek'Sai Rek'Sai, as the queen, is by far the largest and most dangerous of her species. Xer'sai burst from their small burrows and ravage anything nearby, to the detriment of desert caravans. Once dead, the Xer'sai decompose at an abnormally rapid rate and become inedible.

Ralsiji[]

Large and aggressive minotaur-like creatures. They are humpbacked quadrupeds with long limbs and thick horns.

Shuriman Camel[]

A breed of camels native to the deserts of Shurima and are used by caravans as well as common folk as primary mode of transportation. Despite being well-suited for lengthy travels in the desert landscape, they are still prey to a many predator such as the Xer'Sai.

Sandswimmers[]

Shurima Sandswimmers

Sandswimmers

Sandswimmers are massive quadrupedal creatures that traverse the Shuriman desert in cyclical patterns. They got their name due to their preferred method of travel. Their narrow bodies and webbed feet are perfectly design for swimming under the sand. They feed on bugs and other small creatures most desert beasts ignore. Scavengers will often memorize the predictable paths these creatures take, and jump onto their backs to ride as far as they wish.

Skallashi[]

The Skallashi are large quadrupedal herbivores. These hardy beasts of burden are common across Shurima, ideally suited to the harsh desert environment. Their key body feature is their long legs. Notoriously bad-tempered, they are nevertheless treated with great reverence. Their brown hides are often painted with sacred symbols of protection, and their horns hung with totems and charms. While these creatures are mostly used for travel and carrying heavy loads, on some larger skallashi people are able to built miniature rooms for more comfortable travel. To own one is often considered a sign of considerable prosperity.

Abilities[]

Crimson Pact

Vladimir Crimson Pact WR

Innate: Vladimir gains Ability power icon Damage to champions with Center of the Universe (P)ability power equal to Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)4.5% bonus health and Health icon Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)bonus health equal to Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)120% AP. These bonuses do not stack with each other.

Info
  • Crimson Pact only affects Vladimir's Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)maximum health, and will not increase Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)current health to prevent Vladimir from restoring health whenever his Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)AP fluctuates.
    • Vladimir's Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)current health can decrease to match his Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)maximum health if Crimson Pact's Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)bonus health is lost.
  • Crimson Pact's bonus ability power Multiple stacking icon stacks multiplicatively with other sources of Damage to champions with Center of the Universe (P)% ability power but its bonus health Additive stacking icon stacks additively with other sources of Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)bonus health.

Transfusion

Vladimir Transfusion WR

Active: Vladimir drains blood from the target enemy, dealing Damage mitigated with Shifting Sands (E)magic damage and Heal power icon healing himself. He then generates a stack of Fury resource Bloodthirst over the Cooldown icon cooldown, which is displayed in his secondary resource bar.

Magic Damage:
70 / 100 / 130 / 160 Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)(+ 60% AP)
Heal:
15 / 20 / 25 / 30 Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)(+ 35% AP)

At 2 stacks, Vladimir gains Movement speed icon Champions killed 5s before or after using Chronobreak (R)10% / 20% / 30% / 40% (based on level) bonus movement speed for 0.5 seconds, and enters Crimson Rush while the Fury resource Bloodthirst depletes over 2.5 seconds. The Fury resource Bloodthirst depletes 75% slower during Sanguine Pool Sanguine Pool, Tides of Blood Tides of Blood, or Stasis icon stasis.

Vladimir Crimson Rush

Crimson Rush Bonus: Transfusion consumes all Fury resource Bloodthirst to deal Successfully enhanced damage magic icon 75% increased damage and heal Vladimir for an additional 30 − 170 (based on level) Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)(+ 5% (+ 3% Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)per 100 AP) missing health), reduced to 35% against Minion icon minions.

Increased Damage:
122.5 / 175 / 227.5 / 280 Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)(+ 105% AP)

Info
  • Even though the healing effect is visualized as a projectile, the healing itself triggers instantly.
  • Vladimir's resource bar changes colors depending on Bloodthirst's charge-up.
    1. White while generating the first stack and while at 1 stack (there is no time-out period).
    2. Orange while generating the second stack.
    3. Red while Crimson Rush is active (Bloodthirst will deplete over 2.5 seconds once triggered).
    • Each stack generates over-time (Transfusion's cooldown).
  • Vladimir can cast Sanguine Pool Sanguine Pool and Hemoplague Hemoplague during Transfusion's cast time.
  • The Fury resource Bloodthirst depletes normally while under Revival icon resurrection effects.

Sanguine Pool

Vladimir Sanguine Pool WR

Active: Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood, becoming Playful untargetable for 2 seconds. He also gains Movement speed icon Champions killed 5s before or after using Chronobreak (R)27.5% bonus movement speed that decays exponentially over 1 second.

Enemies within the pool are Slow icon slowed them by 40%, and dealt Damage mitigated with Shifting Sands (E)magic damage every 0.5 seconds over the duration, Heal power icon healing Vladimir for 15% of the outgoing damage.

Magic Damage Per Tick:
20 / 40 / 60 / 80 Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)(+ 2% maximum health)
Total Magic Damage:
80 / 160 / 240 / 320 Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)(+ 8% maximum health)

Vladimir Lockout icon 2 cannot use basic attacks nor abilities during Sanguine Pool, but he can still move. If Tides of Blood Tides of Blood is charging at the time of Sanguine Pool's activation, that ability may still be recast.

Info
  • The first tick damages immediately so the final one occurs 0.5 seconds before Vladimir becomes targetable again.
  • There is an extra damage tick for 0 damage when Vladimir becomes targetable again, triggering the same spell effects as the normal ticks (except those which require damage greater than 0 being dealt).
    • This will trigger turret aggro onto Vladimir if an enemy champion is still within the effect radius when Sanguine Pool ends.
  • While unable to attack, Vladimir can still input attack commands - causing him to follow his attack target.

Tides of Blood

Vladimir Tides of Blood WR

Active: Vladimir Channeling icon charges for up to 1.5 seconds, during which he increases Tides of Blood's damage over the first second of the channel, and becomes Slow icon slowed by 20% afterwards for the remaining duration. Tides of Blood can be recast within the duration and does so automatically afterwards or if Silence icon interrupted.

Recast: Vladimir unleashes a nova to deal Damage mitigated with Shifting Sands (E)magic damage to nearby enemies, increased based on charge time. If Tides of Blood was charged for at least 1 second, enemies hit are also Slow icon slowed for 0.5 seconds.

Minimum Magic Damage:
20 / 40 / 60 / 80 Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)(+ 35% AP) Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)(+ 2.5% maximum health)
Maximum Magic Damage:
40 / 80 / 120 / 160 Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)(+ 70% AP) Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)(+ 5% maximum health)
Slow:
40 / 45 / 50 / 55%

If Vladimir is Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)below 12% maximum health, Tides of Blood will not incur the cost.

Info
  • The Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)health cost is incurred as the charge progresses.
  • The Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)health cost may still drop Vladimir below the specified amount if he is above it. This is verified for every tick of Champions killed with Comeuppance (R)health cost, i.e if the first tick drops him below it, the next ones will stop affecting him if he remains below it.

Hemoplague

Vladimir Hemoplague WR

Active: Vladimir spreads a virulent plague at the target location that infects enemies hit for 4 seconds, causing them to take Damage mitigated with Shifting Sands (E)10% bonus magic damage from all incoming damage.

Afterwards, the infection bursts to deal Damage mitigated with Shifting Sands (E)magic damage to affected targets and, after a 0.4-second delay, Heal power icon heal Vladimir for each infected champion, reduced to 40% for champions beyond the first.

Magic damage:
150 / 250 / 350 Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)(+ 70% AP)
Heal:
150 / 250 / 350 Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)(+ 70% AP)
Reduced Heal:
60 / 100 / 140 Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)(+ 28% AP)
Maximum Total Heal:
390 / 650 / 910 Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)(+ 182% AP)

Info
  • Hemoplague amplifies itself for an actual 165 / 275 / 385 Multiple champions hit with Between Worlds (R)(+ 77% AP) damage.
  • Hemoplague's modifier to incoming damage stacks additively with Alistar's Alistar's Unbreakable Will Unbreakable Will for a total damage reduction of 45/55/65%.*
  • Spell Shield Spell shield does not negate the detonation.
