Vindor is a coastal settlement in southeastern Noxus, south of Basilich and west of the Fallgren islands.

Lore

It is currently governed by Steward Amenesce. The city is well known for its Light Vindoran horse breed, bred for desert use. The Noxian Dark Riders are said to specifically only ride breeds from this area. More recently, when Basilich's steward, Quilleta Varn asked for help on her rebellion, Amenesce sent ships with a thousand of his best warriors. However, those warriors were going against Basilich, due to a thousand legionaries being camped within his city. The rebellion ended after Invertia Varn, the second in command, killed Quilleta.
