Active:Viktor hurls a device at the target enemy that deals them magic damage upon arrival. Additionally, Viktorshields himself for 30 − 115 (based on level)(+ 20% AP) for 2.5 seconds and gains Discharge for 3.5 seconds.
Active:Viktor deploys a gravitational imprisonment device at the target location for 4 seconds. The trap arms after 0.75 seconds and slows all enemies within the zone, persisting for 0.25 seconds after leaving the area or generating 3 stacks.

Enemies within the zone generate a stack every 0.5 seconds. At 3 stacks, they are knocked down and stunned for 1.5 seconds but they become immune to the slow from Gravity Field and cannot generate stacks again. This may only occur once per cast.
Active:Viktor conjures an arcane singularity at the target location, dealing magic damage to enemies within the area and disrupting their channeled abilities. The singularity then remains active for 6.5 seconds, dealing magic damage to all enemies within its storm every second over the duration and granting sight of the area it covers. Chaos Storm can be recast at any time while the singularity is active.

Recast:Viktor directs the singularity to himself, the target location, or the target enemy champion. If directed to himself, the singularity will follow Viktor until it reaches him. If directed to an enemy champion, the singularity will follow the target continuously. Issuing a new command overrides the previous one. The singularity moves faster based on its proximity to Viktor, and will automatically begin following the nearest enemy champion caught inside its storm upon being conjured.
Chaos Storm's recast can be used while affected by crowd control.
The disrupt is 'wrapped' into a status effect that says the target is Silenced for 0.25 seconds, but it does not actually silence. It however makes sure that the disrupt is prevented by immunity to silences.
Viktor can command the singularity regardless of how far away he is from it.
The singularity will remain active even if Viktor dies. Any commands it was issued prior to his death will not be interrupted.
Chaos Storm reaches its maximum speed at 300 units and minimum speed at 900 units away from Viktor.
Including the initial damage, Chaos Storm deals 7 instances of damage.
The storm will follow its target even if they are not visible, effectively giving away their position.
Chaos Storm is not obstructed by terrain.

New Innate:Viktor can augment his basic abilities after gaining 100 Hex Fragments. He gains 1 from minion and monster kills, 5 from large minions and 25 from takedowns. Chaos Storm gets augmented once all of his basic abilities have been augmented.
Old Innate:Viktor starts each game with an exclusive Prototype Hex Core, which permanently occupies one of his item slots. For some additional gold, Viktor can upgrade his Hex Core to increase its bonuses () and grant him one Evolution point, which he can use to augment one of his basic abilities. Once he augments all of his basic abilities, Viktor automatically augments his ultimate ability, Chaos Storm.
Bug Fix: No longer loses a significant amount of mana if he upgrades the Prototype Hex Core early into the game. Now properly gains 25 mana per level instead of just Prototype Hex Core's mana per level.
The empowered basic attack buff will be consumed and the attack will do no damage and apply no effects if the attack misses. This may have already been the case, but all empowered basic attacks were adjusted to consistently interact with blocks and misses this way on this patch.
Viktor starts the game with a Prototype Hex Core, which grants 3 AP per level. Viktor can upgrade the core 3 times for 1000 each, with each upgrading granting +1 AP per level, +20 AP, +150 Mana and an augment to the basic ability of Viktor's choice. The upgrades accumulate into Perfect Hex Core, which grants a total of +6 AP per level, +60 AP, +500 Mana, augments for each of his basic abilities and also upgrading his ultimate.
Viktor starts with a Hex Core that provides him with stats and can be upgraded in the store to augment one of his abilities. The Hex Core can only be upgraded once, and cannot be sold back to the store.
Viktor conjures a singularity on the field which deals magic damage and briefly silences enemies. The singularity then does magic damage to all nearby enemies every second. Viktor can redirect the singularity.
