Glorious Evolution

Innate: Viktor starts each game with an exclusive Prototype Hex Core item Prototype Hex Core, which permanently occupies one of his item slots. For some additional Gold gold, Viktor can upgrade his Hex Core to increase its bonuses and grant him one Evolution point, which he can use to augment one of his basic abilities. Once he augments all of his basic abilities, Viktor automatically augments his ultimate ability, Chaos Storm Chaos Storm.

  • Prototype Hex Core item Prototype Hex Core: Grants 1 − 18 (based on level) ability power and 10 − 180 (based on level) mana.
  • Hex Core mk-1 item Hex Core mk-1: Grants 3 − 54 (based on level) ability power and 15 − 270 (based on level) mana. Gives one Evolution point.
  • Hex Core mk-2 item Hex Core mk-2: Grants 6 − 108 (based on level) ability power and 20 − 360 (based on level) mana. Gives one Evolution point.
  • Perfect Hex Core item Perfect Hex Core: Grants 10 − 180 (based on level) ability power and 25 − 450 (based on level) mana. Gives one Evolution point.

  • Spell Shield Spell shield does not prevent Viktor from gaining Discharge.

Gravity Field

Active: Viktor deploys a gravitational imprisonment device at the target location for 4 seconds. The trap arms after 0.75 seconds and Slow icon slows all enemies within the field, persisting for 0.25 seconds after leaving the area or generating 3 stacks.

Whilst under the trap's effects, enemies generate a stack every 0.5 seconds. At 3 stacks, enemies are Knockdown icon knocked down and Stun icon stunned for 1.5 seconds but become immune to the Slow icon slow from Gravity Field and cannot generate stacks again. This may only occur once per cast.

Augment- Magnetize

Augment- Magnetize Augment: Magnetize: Viktor's damaging abilities, excluding Chaos Storm Chaos Storm's per second damage, Slow icon slow enemies hit by 20% for 1 second.

Notes
  • Viktor may freely act while the ray is traveling.
    • The effected area is set upon casting, no matter how far away Viktor moves. Unlike a leash, Death Ray will not break off its own effect.
  • The laser grants a moderate area of Sight icon sight around where the beam strikes the ground.
  • If Death Ray is Projectile intercepted, the initial ray is not destroyed.
    • However, the capability to be blocked only applies to the laser as it hits the ground. Viktor can cast the ability over the wall and it will not be destroyed or intercepted.
  • If Viktor dies while he is firing the beam it only deals damage up to the location at the time of his death.

Chaos Storm

Active: Viktor conjures an arcane singularity at the target location, dealing magic damage to every enemy it hits and Silence icon disrupting Channeling icon channeled abilities. The singularity remains active for 6.5 seconds afterwards, dealing magic damage to all enemies within the storm every second and granting Sight icon sight of the inside area and its surroundings. Chaos Storm can be recast at any time within its duration.

Chaos Storm 2

Recast: Viktor directs the singularity to the target location. Once the singularity damages an enemy Champion icon champion, it automatically follows them until the target dies or escapes it. The singularity moves faster based on its proximity to Viktor.

  • If Viktor dies, Chaos Storm will remain active and follow the targeted enemy champion.
  • Chaos Storm reaches its maximum speed at 300 units and minimum speed at 900 units away from Viktor.
  • Including the initial damage, Chaos Storm deals 7 instances of damage.
  • Chaos Storm can be controlled by alt + right click or by pressing the R button (default hotkeys). It can be commanded to move toward locations or enemy champions (it will continue to follow the chosen enemy champion unless commanded otherwise).
  • If Viktor is affected by Stun icon crowd controls he cannot issue new commands to the singularity.
  • The storm will follow its target even if they are not Sight icon visible, effectively giving away their position.
  • Chaos Storm is not obstructed by terrain.
