These changes are all highly tentative and are all subject to change, or may even be scrapped. A change that has been scrapped will be stricken through. Reasons content might be reverted includes bugs or end-of-cycle patch preparation.

Champions

Wukong - Gameplay Update

• Stats
  • Base health reduced to 540 from 577.8.
  • Base magic resistance reduced to 28 from 32.1.
• Stone Skin
  • New Innate: Wukong gains 5 − 22 (based on level) bonus armor and regenerates 1% of his maximum health every 5 seconds. Quadrupled when 3 or more visible enemy champions are nearby, checked every 0.25 seconds.
• Crushing Blow
  • Mana cost changed to 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 from 40 at all ranks.
  • Cooldown increased to 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 seconds from 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5.
  • New Effect: Cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds whenever Wukong or his clone damage an enemy.
  • Base damage changed 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 from 10 / 40 / 70 / 100 / 130.
  • AD ratio changed to 70% bonus AD from 0 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 40% total AD.
  • Bonus basic attack range changed to 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 / 175 units from 125 at all ranks.
  • Armor reduction duration increased to 4 seconds 3.
  • New Effect: Cast time now scales with bonus attack speed.
• Warrior Trickster
  • Renamed Warrior Trickster from Decoy.
  • Cooldown increased to 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 seconds from 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10.
  • New Effect: Now dashes at 1200 speed on cast rather then blink.
  • New Effect: Can now dash over walls.
  • Mana cost changed to 50 at all ranks from 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70.
  • Dash distance increased to 300 units from 100.
  • Clone duration increased to 3 seconds from 1.5.
  • Stealth duration reduced to 1 second from 1.5.
  • New Effect: Cooldown now starts on cast rather than on clone death.
  • New Effect: Clone now look's identical to Wukong's animation state on spawn and animates if the S key is pressed.
  • New Effect: Now casts in the direction of cursor rather than where Wukong was facing.
  • New Effect: Clone can now basic attack and cast Cyclone at 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70% damage, prioritizing the last enemy Wukong damaged. Basic attacks cannot critically strike.
    • The clone's Cyclone won't knock up enemies who were already knocked up by Wukong.
    • New Effect: Clone now gains on-hit effects, Nimbus Strike's bonus attack speed, and Crushing Blow.
  • New Effect: Tower shots now instantly kills the clone.
  • Removed: No longer deals 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 60% AP) magic damage on clone death.
• Nimbus Strike
  • Damage type changed to magic from physical.
  • Cooldown increased to 10 / 9.5 / 9 / 8.5 / 8 seconds from 8 seconds at all ranks.
  • Mana cost reduced to 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 from 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 / 65.
  • Base damage increased to 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 from 65 / 100 / 135 / 170 / 205.
  • Removed: No longer scales with 80% bonus AD.
  • New Effect: Now scales with 100% AP.
  • New Effect: Now has an offset distance of 75 units from the target dashed to.
  • New Effect: Dash now follows the target.
• Cyclone
  • Duration reduced to 2 seconds from 4.
  • New Effect: Can now be cast a second time within 7 seconds of the first cast but won't knock up enemies displaced by the first cast.
  • Bonus movement speed changed to 20 / 30 / 40% at all times active from .
  • New Effect: Nimbus Strike's bonus attack speed duration is now paused while active.
  • Lockout to recast reduced to 0.5 seconds from 1.
  • New Effect: Can now cast abilities during Cyclone, cancelling the ability.
  • New Effect: Now grants stacks of Conqueror on each tick.
  • Tick rate reduced to 1 per 0.25 seconds from 1 per 0.5.
    • Damage per second unchanged.
  • Removed: No longer has a base damage of 20 / 110 / 200 damage per second.
  • New Effect: Now deals 2.5 / 5.5 / 8.5% (+ 1% per 100 AD) of the target's maximum health per second.
  • AD ratio increased to 120% AD from 110% AD.
  • New Effect: Damage is now capped at per second against monsters.
  • New Effect: Attack range is now reduced to 50 units while spinning.
  • New Effect: Ability icon HUD now shows the remaining duration of the ability.

Practice Tool

Some changes are coming to the Practice Tool.

• Spawn Jungle Camps are now split into:
  • "Spawn Jungle Camps and Rift Herald"
  • "Spawn Jungle Camps and Baron Nashor"
• New "Fast Forward 10min" button.
• New "Suicide" button.
• Target dummies:
  • Health reduced to 1,000 from 10,000.
  • Armor and magic resistance to 0 from 100.
  • New "Add 100 Max HP" button.
  • New "Remove 100 Max HP" button.
    • The target dummy gains increased size the more maximum health it has, with the maximum size capped at 10,000 health.
  • New "Add 10 Resistances" button.
  • New "Remove 10 Resistances" button.
• New "Fully Stack Runes" button, which fully stacks:
  • Precision Legend runes ( Legend: Alacrity, Legend: Bloodline, Legend: Tenacity)
  • Manaflow Band
  • Domination Vision runes ( Eyeball Collection, Ghost Poro, Zombie Ward)
  • Domination Hunter runes ( Ingenious Hunter, Ravenous Hunter, Relentless Hunter, Ultimate Hunter).

• A Whimsical Non-Human Jungler that will be apart of an event this summer.
• A masked champion who refuses to die and is solo lane melee carry.
