These changes are all highly tentative and are all subject to change, or may even be scrapped. A change that has been scrapped will be stricken through. Reasons content might be reverted includes bugs or end-of-cycle patch preparation.

Malphite Malphite
  • General
  • Granite Shield Granite Shield
    • New Effect: Malphite's size now scales with bonus armor, capped at about 350 bonus armor.
  • Seismic Shard Seismic Shard
    • Range increased to 700 from 625.
    • Missile speed increased to 1400 from 1200.
    • Cast time increased to 0.4 seconds from 0.25.
    • Removed: No longer steals the target's movement speed for 14 / 17 / 20 / 23 / 26% for 4 seconds.
    • New Effect: Now grants 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% bonus movement speed for 3 seconds.
    • New Effect: Now Slow icon slows the target for 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% for 3 seconds.
    • New Effect: Missile now spawns from his right arm rather then from behind him.
    • AP ratio reduced to 40% AP from 60% AP.
  • Thunderclap Thunderclap (Reworked W)
    • Renamed to Thunderclap from Brutal Strikes.
    • New Active: Malphite's next basic attack deals 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 (+ 30% AP) (+ 15% armor) bonus physical damage on-hit. Additionally, for 6 seconds, Malphite's basic attacks also deal 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 20% AP) (+ 10% armor) physical damage in a cone to units behind his target.
    • New Active Effect: Thunderclap resets Malphite's basic attack timer.
    • Removed Active: Active: For 6 seconds, Malphite's basic attacks deal 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 (+ 10% AP) (+ 15% armor) bonus physical damage which splashes to enemies around his target.
Teemo Teemo - Gameplay Update
  • Stats
    • Base mana regeneration increased to 12.5 from 9.6.
    • Mana regeneration growth increased to 0.75 from 0.45.
    • Mana growth increased to 25 from 20.
    • Base attack damage reduced to 51 from 54.
    • Attack speed growth reduced to 2% from 3.38%.
  • Toxic Shot Toxic Shot (Reworked innate)
    • Swapped with Guerrilla Warfare Guerrilla Warfare.
    • Teemo's basic attacks Poison icon poison their target, dealing 8 − 50 (based on level) (+ 20% AP) magic damage on-hit and 24 − 180 (based on level) (+ 40% AP) magic damage over 4 seconds, with each tick applying each second. Subsequent attacks refresh the Poison icon poison's duration.
    • Toxic Shot's venom intensifies when reacting with other Poison icon poisonous effects, increasing its damage by 50%.
  • Blinding Dart Blinding Dart
    • Base damage reduced to 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 from 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260.
    • Mana cost increased to 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100 from 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90.
    • AP ratio reduced to 60% AP from 80% AP.
    • New Effect: Now counts as a Poison icon poison for the duration of the blind.
    • New Effect: New animation for blinding melee and ranged targets.
  • Move Quick Move Quick
    • New Effect: No longer breaks stealth.
  • Guerrilla Warfare Guerrilla Warfare (Reworked E)
    • Swapped with Toxic Shot Toxic Shot.
    • After a 2-second delay, Teemo becomes Twilight Shroud old2 invisible. Invisibility lasts until he casts a damaging ability, receives non-periodic damage from a champion or moves more than 500 / 600 / 700 / 800 / 900 units. Movement within a brush is not counted.
    • While invisible, Teemo's sight range is increased by 25%.
    • Upon breaking Guerrilla Warfare, Teemo gains 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds.
    • Guerrilla Warfare's cooldown refreshes twice as fast while in a brush.
    • Mana Cost: 50.
    • Cooldown: 40 / 37 / 34 / 31 / 28 seconds.
  • Noxious Trap Noxious Trap
    • Base damage reduced to 150 / 250 / 350 from 150 / 300 / 450.
    • AP ratio reduced to 40% AP from 50% AP.
    • Mushroom ammo amount increased to 3 / 4 / 5 from 3 at all ranks.
    • New Effect: Shrooms can now infinitely bounce off other shrooms, rather than only once.
    • New Effect: Shrooms no longer detonate from a non-aggroed Rift Scuttler Rift Scuttler.
Wukong Wukong
  • Decoy Decoy
    • Dash distance increased to 200 units from 100.
    • New Effect: The clone can now basic attack for a portion of Wukong's attack damage and applies on-hit effects.
    • Removed: No longer deals 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 60% AP) to all nearby enemies.
Zac Zac
  • Stretching Strikes Stretching Strikes
    • Cooldown increased to 15 / 13.5 / 12 / 10.5 / 9 seconds from 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 / 9.
  • Unstable Matter Unstable Matter
    • New Effect: Health ratio now scales for 2% per 100 AP.
  • Let's Bounce! Let's Bounce! - Rework
    • New Effect:
      • Active: Zac bounces 4 times, gaining 20 - 50% bonus movement speed as he does so but becoming unable to use basic attacks, Stretching Strike Stretching Strike, or Elastic Slingshot Elastic Slingshot for the duration.
      • Each bounce deals 140 / 210 / 280 (+ 40% AP) magic damage to all nearby enemies, Airborne icon knocking them back for 1 second and subsequently Slow icon slowing them by 20% for the same duration.
      • Enemies can be damaged by multiple bounces, with each beyond the first dealing 50% damage but not Airborne icon displacing them.
      • Effect Radius: 300 / 400.
      • Cooldown: 130 / 115 / 100 seconds.
    • Old Effect:
      • Active - First Cast: Zac squishes himself down while charging for up to 2.5 seconds, during which he is Unstoppable icon unstoppable, and Slow icon slowing by 30 / 40 / 50% any enemies standing on top of him.
      • Second Cast: Zac Airborne icon knocks back nearby enemies 275 units over 1 second and deals 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 90% AP) magic damage. If charged for at least 1 second before recasting, Zac instead scoops up enemies on top of him, Airborne icon carrying them towards the target location. While flying through the air, Zac is immune to Stun icon crowd control.
      • Upon landing, nearby and transported enemies take the same magic damage and are Slow icon slowed by 25% for 0.5 seconds.
      • Target Range: 700 / 850 / 1000.
      • Effect Radius: 300.
      • Cooldown: 130 / 115 / 100 seconds.
