Below you will find a comprehensive list of new features, cosmetics and balance changes that are currently active in the PBE relative to the live server. These changes are all highly tentative and are all subject to change, or may even be scrapped. A change that has been scrapped will be stricken through. Reasons content might be reverted includes bugs or end-of-cycle patch preparation.

- Teemo's basic attacks poison their target, dealing 8 − 50 (based on level) (+ 20% AP) magic damage on-hit and 24 − 180 (based on level) (+ 40% AP) magic damage over 4 seconds, with each tick applying each second. Subsequent attacks refresh the poison's duration.
- Toxic Shot's venom intensifies when reacting with other poisonous effects, increasing its damage by 50%.

- After a 2-second delay, Teemo becomes invisible. Invisibility lasts until he casts a damaging ability, receives non-periodic damage from a champion or moves more than 500 / 600 / 700 / 800 / 900 units. Movement within a brush is not counted.
- While invisible, Teemo's sight range is increased by 25%.
- Upon breaking Guerrilla Warfare, Teemo gains 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds.

- New Effect: Shrooms can now infinitely bounce off other shrooms, rather than only once.
- New Effect: Shrooms no longer detonate from a non-aggroed .
- Dash distance increased to 200 units from 100.
- New Effect: The clone can now basic attack for a portion of Wukong's attack damage and applies on-hit effects.
- Removed: No longer deals 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 60% AP) to all nearby enemies.
- Cooldown increased to 15 / 13.5 / 12 / 10.5 / 9 seconds from 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 / 9.
- New Effect: Health ratio now scales for 2% per 100 AP.

- Active: Zac bounces 4 times, gaining 20 - 50% bonus movement speed as he does so but becoming unable to use basic attacks, , or for the duration.
- Each bounce deals 140 / 210 / 280 (+ 40% AP) magic damage to all nearby enemies, knocking them back for 1 second and subsequently slowing them by 20% for the same duration.
- Enemies can be damaged by multiple bounces, with each beyond the first dealing 50% damage but not displacing them.
- Effect Radius: 300 / 400.
- Cooldown: 130 / 115 / 100 seconds.
- Old Effect:
- Active - First Cast: Zac squishes himself down while charging for up to 2.5 seconds, during which he is unstoppable, and slowing by 30 / 40 / 50% any enemies standing on top of him.
- Second Cast: Zac knocks back nearby enemies 275 units over 1 second and deals 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 90% AP) magic damage. If charged for at least 1 second before recasting, Zac instead scoops up enemies on top of him, carrying them towards the target location. While flying through the air, Zac is immune to crowd control.
- Upon landing, nearby and transported enemies take the same magic damage and are slowed by 25% for 0.5 seconds.
