Below you will find a comprehensive list of new features, cosmetics and balance changes that are currently active in the PBE relative to the live server. These changes are all highly tentative and are all subject to change, or may even be scrapped. A change that has been scrapped will be stricken through. Reasons content might be reverted includes bugs or end-of-cycle patch preparation.

Practice Tool

Some changes are coming to the Practice Tool.

• Spawn Jungle Camps are now split into:
  • "Spawn Jungle Camps and Rift Herald"
  • "Spawn Jungle Camps and Baron Nashor"
• New "Fast Forward 10min" button.
• New "Suicide" button.
• Target dummies:
  • Health reduced to 1,000 from 10,000.
  • Armor and magic resistance to 0 from 100.
  • New "Add 100 Max HP" button.
  • New "Remove 100 Max HP" button.
    • The target dummy gains increased size the more maximum health it has, with the maximum size capped at 10,000 health.
  • New "Add 10 Resistances" button.
  • New "Remove 10 Resistances" button.
• New "Fully Stack Runes" button, which fully stacks:
  • Precision Legend runes ( Legend: Alacrity, Legend: Bloodline, Legend: Tenacity)
  • Manaflow Band
  • Domination Vision runes ( Eyeball Collection, Ghost Poro, Zombie Ward)
  • Domination Hunter runes ( Ingenious Hunter, Ravenous Hunter, Relentless Hunter, Ultimate Hunter).

  • Bug Fix: Bonus magic damage is now an on-hit effect from on attack.

Lucian

Ornn

• Living Forge
  • Removed: No longer grants an additional 10% bonus armor and 10% bonus magic resistance from all sources.
• Searing Charge
  • New Effect: Now shields for X amount upon dashing.

Wukong - Gameplay Update

• Strength of Stone
  • Renamed Strength of Stone from Stone Skin.
  • New Innate Effect: Wukong and his clones apply a stack of Crushing Blows, for 4 seconds, whenever they damage an enemy champion. Targets take 4% increased damage from him and his clones for each stack of Crushing Blows, stacking up to 5 stacks for a maximum of 20%.
  • New Innate Effect: When 3 enemy champions are visible within 1400 units, Wukong gains 22 − 56 (based on level) (+ 20% bonus armor) bonus armor and 22 − 56 (based on level) (+ 20% bonus magic resistance) bonus magic resistance for 6 seconds and renews if enemies remain near.
  • Old Innate: Wukong gains bonus armor and magic resistance for each visible enemy champion within 1400 units.
• Wuju Strike
  • Renamed Wuju Strike from Crushing Blow.
  • Mana cost changed to 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 from 40 at all ranks.
  • New Passive Effect: Gains 125 bonus basic attack range after casting any ability.
  • Damage type changed to magic from physical.
  • Base damage changed to 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 from 10 / 40 / 70 / 100 / 130.
  • AD ratio changed to 20% bonus AD at all ranks from 0 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 40% total AD.
  • New Effect: Now heals for 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+ 25% bonus AD) on-hit, halved against minions.
  • Removed: No longer reduces his target's armor by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% for 3 seconds.
• Warrior Trickster
  • Renamed Warrior Trickster from Decoy.
  • Dash distance increased to 200 units from 100.
  • New Effect: Can now dash through thin walls.
  • New Effect: Now casts in the direction of cursor rather than where Wukong was facing.
  • New Effect: Clone can now basic attack for 50% AD and apply on-hit effects.
    • New Effect: Clone now gains Wuju Strike and Nimbus Strike's bonus attack speed if cast prior to Warrior Trickster.
  • Clone duration increased to 2.5 / 3.125 / 3.75 / 4.375 / 5 seconds from 1.5.
    • Stealth duration unchanged at 1.5 seconds.
  • Cooldown reduced to 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 seconds from 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10.
  • New Effect: Cooldown now starts on clone death rather than on creation.
  • Removed: No longer deals 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 60% AP) magic damage to all nearby enemies upon death.
• Nimbus Strike
  • New Effect: Additional images can now be targeted by enemies.
  • Secondary target check area increased.
  • Bonus AD ratio reduced to 50% bonus AD from 80%.
• Cyclone
  • New Effect: Can now cast abilities during Cyclone, cancelling the ability.

Yuumi

• Bop 'n' Block
  • New Effect: Now slows champions for 20% for 1 second.
• Prowling Projectile
  • Ability ranks reduced 5 from 6.
    • Base damage reduced to 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 from 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 / 165.
    • Base empowered damage reduced to 50 / 85 / 120 / 155 / 190 from 50 / 85 / 120 / 155 / 190 / 225.
    • Mana cost reduced to 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 from 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100.
    • Cooldown reduced to 13 / 11.6 / 10.2 / 8.8 / 7.4 seconds from 13 / 11.6 / 10.2 / 8.8 / 7.4 / 6.
  • Removed: No longer slows for 20% for 1 second.
• You and Me!
  • Removed: No longer starts with 1 point in You and Me!.

Teamfight Tactics

• Set 2: "Rise of the Elements" coming to PBE in October 22
  • Some champions and synergies removed
  • Some champions and synergies reworked. Example: Zed, Aurelion Sol
  • New Origin: Desert, Infernal, Poison.
  • New Class: Summoner, Mystic.
