Below you will find a comprehensive list of new features, skins and balance changes that are currently active in the PBE, relative to the live server. These changes are tentative and are all subject to change. Please do not replicate this information elsewhere on the site.

Mystery Gifting
  • You can now gift a Mystery Ward 380 RP 380 and Mystery Summoner Icon 150 RP 150.

General

Combat Text
  • Major clean up to bugs and nuances.
  • Size now scales more dynamically based on impact.
  • Damage over times/multi-hits will now use a single piece of floating text that ramps up.

  • New champion.

  • Gathering Fire Gathering Fire (I)
    • CD refund on spell hit increased to Error: Parameter '3' is not accepted. from 2 at all levels
    • CD refund on basic attacks increased too, but remains 50% of spell hit value
  • Focused Resolve Focused Resolve (W1)
    • Can now also target monsters.
  • Renewal Renewal (W2)
    • Existing mantra effect scrapped (no longer adds bonus damage and restores health).
    • Now debuffs the target for the duration of effect (maximum duration includes both the tether and root), causing them to take 10% increased damage from all sources (excluding true damage) for the duration while healing Karma for 20% of the total damage dealt.
    • Additionally, other allied champions will restore 20% of the damage they deal versus debuffed targets as health, respectively.
  • Inspire Inspire (E1)
    • Cooldown reduced to 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 from 10 seconds at all ranks.
    • Mana cost reduced to 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 from 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100.
    • Shield amount reduced to 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 from 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240.
  • Defiance Defiance (E2)
    • No longer deals damage.
    • Now increases the target's shield by 30 / 90 / 150 / 210 (+30% AP).
    • AOE shield changed to 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 + 15 / 45 / 75 / 105 (+55% AP) (50% total shield to target) from 30 / 70 / 110 / 150 (+ 30% AP).

Template:Mb

  • Overload Overload
    • Damage increased to 65 / 95 / 125 / 155 / 185 from 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 / 165.
  • Desperate Power Desperate Power
    • Duration increased to 6 seconds at all ranks from 4 / 5 / 6 based on rank.

Abyssal Scepter Abyssal Scepter
  • New recipe: Negatron Cloak Negatron Cloak + Ruby Crystal Ruby Crystal + Amplifying Tome Amplifying Tome + 815g = 2500g
  • Ability power reduced to 30 from 70.
  • Magic resistance increased to 60 from 50.
  • Now grants 250 health.
  • Aura removed.
  • New Passive: Every 4 seconds a pulse emanates dealing 80 (+5 × champion level) magic damage to nearby enemies and reduces their Magic Resistance by 15% for 10 seconds, stacking up to 45%.
Blade of the Ruined King Blade of the Ruined King
  • Active range increased to 550 from 450.
Mandrake Ward Mandrake Ward
  • Cost: 35 Gold 35
  • Consume: Summons a mandrake that runs toward the target brush (1200 range) and burrows itself for 2 minutes. While running, the mandrake provides sight over a 200-radius area and is vulnerable to attacks. While burrowed, the mandrake is invisible and loses its sight, but will ping whenever an enemy champions moves within 1000-range. The detection works against stealth champions and over terrain. Mandrake Wards are considered Stealth Wards and will count toward the Stealth Ward cap.

Summoner's Rift

Sru Duckies model

Sru Duckie

  • A new, yellow duckie has been added. He will spawn in the river if the game has at least 5 Pool Party, Runble in the Jungle or Surfer skins in the game.
  • Poros have been added in and spawn inside both bases on the map (if a Freljord champion is on the team).
  • Rune writing has been added around Baron Nashor pit.

Inactive Changes

The following changes have been disabled, but have not been scrapped and are pending future release.

Items

Hunter's Machete Hunter's Machete
  • Regeneration is now triggered while in combat with monsters (dealing or taking damage) instead of only when taking damage from monsters.
  • Regeneration now specifically disabled on "cowardly monsters" (i.e. Rift Scuttler Rift Scuttler).
  • Health regeneration reduced to 6 from 7.
  • New Effect: Health regeneration doubled while below half health.
Randuin's Omen Randuin's Omen
  • Active's duration changed to 3 seconds from 2 (+ 0.5% armor) (+ 0.5% magic resistance).
  • New Effect: Units hit by Randuin's Omen's Active receive the Cold Steel debuff for 3 seconds.
    • The Active's attack speed slow no longer stacks with the Passive's attack speed slow.
  • New Effect: For each enemy champion hit by Randuin's Omen's Active, the owner gets 15% bonus attack speed for 6 seconds.

Twisted Treeline

The following was reverted due to bugs.

General

  • Death timers increased to 7.5 + (2.5 ×  level) from 15 + (1 ×  level).
  • Cumulative experience per level changed to:
    • PBE: 「 280-18360 」「 Template:Pp18  」
    • Live: 「 300-19245 」「 Template:Pp18  」
The Lightbringer The Lightbringer
  • Now deals magic damage instead of physical damage.
Wicked Hatchet Wicked Hatchet
  • Now deals magic damage instead of physical damage.
Lord Van Damm's Pillager Lord Van Damm's Pillager
  • No longer grants 50% critical strike damage.
  • Now grants Unique Passive: Unknown, due to revert. Probably Wicked Hatchet's passive.
Overlord's Bloodmail Overlord's Bloodmail
  • New Recipe: Unknown due to revert, likely Giant's Belt + Crystaline Bracer.
  • Cost increased to 2500 from 2455.
  • Now grants health regeneration
  • Health reduced to 800 from 850.
Outer Turret
  • Armor increased to 100 from 150.
  • Gold reduced to 100 from 150.
  • Experience removed.
Inhibitor Turret
  • Armor increased to 100 from 67.
  • Damage reduced to 152 from 190.
  • Gold reduced to 125 from 150.
  • Experience removed.
Nexus Turret
  • Armor increased to 100 from 67.
  • Damage increased to 200 from 180.
  • Gold reduced to 100 from 150.
  • Experience removed.
Big Golem Big Golem
  • Damage reduced to 70 from 73.
  • Health reduced to 1240 from 1440.
Golem Golem
  • Damage reduced to 33 from 35.
  • Health reduced to 480 from 540.
Giant Wolf Giant Wolf
  • Damage reduced to 40 from 42.
  • Health reduced to 1120 from 1320.
Wolf Wolf
  • Damage reduced to 15 from 16.
  • Health reduced to 390 from 420.
Wraith Wraith
  • Damage reduced to 52 from 55.
  • Health reduced to 1050 from 1200.
Lesser Wraith Lesser Wraith
  • Damage reduced to 18 from 20.
  • Health reduced to 230 from 250.
Vilemaw Vilemaw
  • Health increased to 5500 from 3500.
