- Champion First Encounter VO
- Champions with faction- or champion-specific taunt VO now play those lines the first time they encounter a corresponding champion.
- Loading Screen Update
- Ranked borders now dynamically update to reflect your current rank.
- Load-in progress is now tracked via a single bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Clicking a player's card in the loading screen now flips it to show additional info:
- Teammates: Champion mastery, honor, and ranked armor or level border depending on which they've chosen to display.
- Opponents: Champion mastery and honor.
- Your summoner's name is now displayed in gold.
- Summoner spells and keystone rune now display a tooltip when hovered over.
- Minion and Monster Gold Bounties
- If you die with less minion and monster gold than the enemy team's average, you'll respawn with a buffer equal to the difference. You won't start accruing a minion and monster gold bounty until you've used up the buffer.
- Say you die with 200 less minion and monster gold than the enemy team's average, then go back to lane and power farm 700 gold while the enemy team only averages 300 gold. Previously, you'd have a 100 gold bounty for having 400 more minion and monster gold than the enemy team's average. Now you won't have a bounty at all because your first 200 gold was erased by the buffer.
- Profile Background
- Bug Fix: Choosing a new background for your profile once again immediately updates it rather than requiring you to tab out and tab back into your profile.

- Base health regeneration increased to 8 from 5.
- Health regeneration growth increased to 0.75 from 0.25.
- Removed: Passive healing no longer heals for 3 / 3.375 / 3.75 / 4.125 / 4.5% of the physical damage dealt to non-champion. Now only heals on damage to champions.
- Removed: No longer uses a 2 charges system with a recharge time of 26 / 22 / 18 / 14 / 10 seconds.
- Cooldown increased to 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 seconds from 3 / 2.5 / 2 / 1.5 / 1.
- Stats
- Base health regeneration increased to 6 from 3.5.

- Bug Fix: Will always dash and apply damage and go on cooldown when targets flash away.
- Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where if a target moveblock exceeded a certain distance, Whiplash would not get consumed and go on cooldown. Now, Whiplash will still get consumed and apply the damage regardless of the distance they moved.

- Health growth increased to 95 from 85.
- Base armor increased to 36 from 34.
- New Effect: Irelia gains 1 Ionian Fervor stack for every enemy champion hit by her abilities, or if she hits at least one non-champion, stacking up to 5 times. Ionian Fervor lasts for 6 seconds, with basic attacks against champions and large and epic monsters refreshing the duration. Irelia gains 8 / 10 / 12% (based on level) bonus attack speed per stack, up to 40 / 50 / 60% (based on level). At maximum stacks, Irelia's basic attacks deal 15 − 66 (based on level) (+ 25% bonus AD) bonus magic damage on-hit.
- Old Effect: Irelia gains 1 Ionian Fervor stack for every enemy champion hit by her abilities, or if she hits at least one non-champion, stacking up to 4 times. Ionian Fervor lasts for 6 seconds, with basic attacks against champions and large and epic monsters refreshing the duration. Irelia's basic attacks deal 4 − 17 (based on level) (+ 4% bonus AD) bonus magic damage per stack, up to 16 − 68 (based on level) (+ 16% bonus AD). At maximum stacks, Irelia gains 30 / 40 / 50% (based on level) bonus attack speed.
- Minion bonus damage increased to 55 / 75 / 95 / 115 / 135 from 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 / 105.
- Base damage reduction increased to 50% from 40%.
- New Effect: Damage reduction now only applies to physical damage.
- Hitbox visuals are now easier to see.
- Bug Fix: Mark is no longer consumed when , , or would trigger the mark but are blocked by a spell shield.
