• Flash Frost
  • Pass through slow now referred to as Chilling enemies.
  • Now applies Iced to targets hit with the detonation.
• Frostbite
  • Removed: Double damage when slowed by Flash Frost and Glacial Storm.
  • New Effect: Deals bonus damage based on the Chilling and Iced effects.
    • Chilling: Target receive 150% damage.
    • Iced: Target receive 200% damage.
  • Base damage reduced to 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 from 55 / 85 / 115 / 145 / 175.
• Glacial Storm
  • Normal slow now referred to as Chilling enemies.
  • The full blown storm (max damage & slow) now applies Iced to enemies caught in it.

Aurelion Sol

• Center of the Universe
  • Stars base damage increased to Template:Pp18 from Template:Pp18.
• Celestial Expansion
  • Stars bonus damage reduced to 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 from 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50.
• Comet of Legend
  • Removed: Escape Velocity.
  • New Effect: Can now be cast any time out of combat. Goes on short cooldown when taking champion/tower damage.
  • Can no longer click to cancel, only cancelled with E recast.
  • Now casts immediately, even if outside the cast range.

Cassiopeia

• Twin Fang
  • Base heal changed to Template:Pp18 from 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25.
• Miasma
  • Cloud duration reduced to 4 seconds from 5.
  • Slow reduced to 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65% from 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80%.

Cho'Gath

• Feral Scream
  • Cooldown reduced to 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 seconds from 13 at all ranks.
  • Silence duration reduced to 1.5 / 1.625 / 1.75 / 1.875 / 2 seconds from 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5.
  • Range increased to 650 from 585.
  • New Effect: Acquires target post-cast rather than pre-cast.

• Bio-Arcane Barrage
  • Cooldown increased to 17 seconds at all ranks from 13 / 11.5 / 10 / 8.5 / 7.
  • Duration increased to 8 seconds from 6.
  • Bonus range increased to 130 / 150 / 170 / 190 / 210 from 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 / 210.
  • Bonus magic damage changed to 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of target's maximum health from 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 / 20 (+ 2% (+ 0.75% per 100 AP) of target's maximum health).
  • Removed: Basic attacks dealing 55% AD to non-minions.
  • Removed: Bonus attack speed, maximum attack speed and reduced cast time.
  • New effect: Cooldown now starts on-cast instead of at the end of buff duration.

Nunu

• Blood Boil
  • New Effect: Attacking enemies while under the influence of boiled blood will enrage all nearby blood boiled allies, increasing attack speed by X% per hit, up to 40 / 40 / 40 / 40 / 40% additional attack speed.
• Absolute Zero
  • New Effect: The movement speed slow increases to X over the duration of the channel.

  • Damage now ticks 4 times a second from 1 time a second. Damage unchanged.
