- Damage amplification per stack reduced from 3% to 2.5%.

- Unique Passive - Stormraider: Dealing damage to an enemy champion equal to 35% of their maximum health within 2.5 seconds will inflict them with Squall and grant you 20% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds (20 second cooldown).
- Unique Passive - Squall: After 1.5 seconds of having applied Squall, strike the target with lightning, dealing 120 (+ 20% AP) magic damage to them. If the target dies before being struck, they emit an electric field instantly that shocks nearby enemy champions, dealing the same damage and granting you 25.
- Limited to 1 Stormsurge.

- Bugfix: Fixed an issue where the wrong model of Hextech Mimics may appear when entering a bush while it is hitting turrets.

- Trigger range against turrets increased from 800 to 900.
