- Ultra Rapid Fire is going to have varied availability based on the region due to different testing processes and results.

- Number of champion bans increased to 5 from 3. Each player gets 1 ban.
- Wild Rift has been available in open beta for more time in some regions than for others, and many of you may still be learning new champions. Due to this, some regions will not launch 5 bans for the time being.
- Updated the visuals of champ select to make position assignment more clear to all players.

- The Close Friend icon is now displayed for Tier 1 friendships.
- Spawn effects and tags are now available at Tier 2 friendships (previously Tier 3).
