- The current anti-cheat for League of Legends will be deprecated in favor of using Riot Vanguard.[1], Riot's signature anti-cheat.

- Bug Fix: A small percentage of players who had ended Season 2023 Split 2 in very high MMRs but plateaued, and were initially seeded much lower in Season 2024 due to the matchmaking changes at season launch, and are now around Diamond 1 MMR (meaning the Apex tier threshold) with a high recent winrate will no longer receive negative LP gains. This is resolved by playing a few games in order for matchmaking to re-adjust.
