- In matchmade queues with drafting, during the declaration, ban, and pick phases, you can now press a button next to ally portraits to swap pick order with them. When there is 5 seconds left in a phase, in-progress order swap requests will be canceled. If your order swap request is declined, you cannot initiate another request with that player.
- Champion swapping during the preparation phase is now initiated by clicking on the allied champion's portrait instead of a button next to the portrait.
- Miscellaneous champion select font and text changes have been made for consistency.
- Rune Recommender
- Added the Rune Recommender to champion select for all game modes. These recommendations are tailored for your champion, position, and come with optional summoner spell recommendations as well. Like in-game item recommendations, these will be updated each patch.
- All players have a free temporary rune page that the recommender will overwrite in each champion select. To permanently save a recommendation to your collection, you can add it in the post match screen.
- The 5 preset rune pages have been removed.

- Registration for this special Clash event begins on December 5th, 2022. Tournament days will be on December 10th and 11th, 2022.
- ARAM-specific balancing
- Damage reduction increased to 15% − 30% (based on distance) from 15% at all distances over 1000 units.
- Bonus health to damage conversion reduced to 5% from 10%.
- Brush
- There is now a pixel brush in the middle of the map to the bottom side of the bridge.

- Frostgates - New map feature
- There are now frost-gates in front of each team's spawn, which function the same as those on the map on Summoner's Rift. Champions can interact with these gates to teleport to the front of their outer turret.
- Leading gates cannot be interacted with.
- If the outer turret is destroyed, the leading gate is relocated to the front of the inhibitor turret.
- Frostgates on both sides of the map can be interacted with by champions regardless of which team they're on.
- Homestart
- Removed: Before 5 minutes or until the first turret is destroyed, champions no longer gain 50% bonus movement speed for 10 seconds after spawning or respawning.
- New Effect: Omnivamp and life steal against minions are now reduced by 50%.
- Bonus magic resistance for melee champions increased to 15 from 10.
- Remake
- Idle length detection increased to 120 seconds from 90.
- Terrain
- The gaps on the bottom side of the bridge have been filled in and are now traversable.

- New Effect: Whenever an outer or inner turret is destroyed, it now falls in a direction and its ruins remain as terrain. All turrets fall in the same direction. They can either fall upwards or downwards, randomly determined each game.
