Behavioral Systems
  • When All Chat is disabled, all players on the enemy team are muted during the end of game screen.
  • A setting to toggle All Chat in-game is now available in the League Client.
Challenges
  • Bug Fix: End of Game progress meter now correctly displays the amount of progress earned.
  • Bug Fix: The "Perfectionist" challenge now correctly displays progress towards the challenge.
  • Bug Fix: The "Bad Medicine" challenge will now properly progress if completed using the ARAM health relic.
  • Bug Fix: Monster Tamer Lulu Monster Tamer Lulu no longer counts towards progress for the "Vintage Look" challenge as it is not a limited edition skin.
Clash
  • Team formation for the first weekend of the Noxus Cup starts on August 29, and the tournament days are on September 3 and 4.
Eternals
  • Addressed some high variation between the milestones for some Starter Series Eternals (e.g. the "Epic Monsters Killed" milestone 1 would require Amumu Amumu to kill 9, Diana Diana to kill 3, and Fiddlesticks Fiddlesticks to kill 2). Values to reach this and other milestones have been updated to be more uniform across champions.

  • Banner skins that reflect a player's past rank will be enabled in patch 12.16. Click on the Summoner Icon in the upper right hand corner of the client and you can equip your banner skin from there.

  • Bridge Between Bridge Between (Innate)
    • Innate - Awakened Spirit: Udyr has no ultimate ability and instead has 4 basic abilities. Each ability grants a Stance that empowers his next two basic attacks and grants an additional effect. Switching Stances will replace the empowered attacks from the previous Stance, and incurs a 1.5-second global cooldown on his other abilities. Periodically, after Udyr enters a Stance, he can cast it again at no cost after 0.25 seconds and within the following 5 seconds to Awaken it, empowering the Stance with an additional effect and placing the effect on cooldown. If Udyr does not consume the Awaken cast within the duration and has not switched Stances, his current Stance's respective ability incurs a 0.25-second cooldown. Awakened Spirit is placed on full cooldown at the start of the game.
    • Starting at level 16, all abilities can gain a 6th rank.
    • Innate - Monk Training: After casting an ability, Udyr empowers his next two basic attacks within 4 seconds to gain 30% bonus attack speed and refund 5% of Awaken's total cooldown.
    • Static Cooldown: 50 / 40 / 30 / 20 (based on level) seconds.

This is capped at 20 (+ 100% bonus AD) (+ 50% AP) against Monster icon monsters.

    • Cooldown: 6 seconds.

  • Iron Mantle Iron Mantle (W)
    • Active - Stance: Udyr enters Mantle Stance, empowering his next two basic attacks to gain 15% life steal and Heal power icon heal him for 1.2 / 1.32 / 1.44 / 1.56 / 1.68 / 1.8% maximum health (+ 8% AP) each.
    • Additionally, Udyr gains a Hybrid resistances icon shield for 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120 (+ 40% AP) (+ 2 / 2.6 / 3.2 / 3.8 / 4.4 / 5% maximum health) for 4 seconds.
    • Recast - Awaken: Udyr increases the Hybrid resistances icon shield's strength to 20 − 150 (based on level) (+ 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120) (+ 65% AP) (+ 8% maximum health) (stacking with the remaining shield from the first cast), and Heal power icon heals every 0.25 seconds over the next 4 seconds, for a total of 10 − 75 (based on level) (+ 22.5 / 30 / 37.5 / 45 / 52.5 / 60) (+ 32.5% AP) (+ 4% maximum health), as well as causes the empowered attacks to instead gain 30% life steal and grant doubled Heal power icon healing.

    • Additionally, Udyr becomes Ghost ghosted and gains 30 / 34 / 38 / 42 / 46 / 50% bonus movement speed for 4 seconds, which decays to 30% effectiveness over 1.5 seconds.
    • Recast - Awaken: Udyr gains an additional 30% − 40% (based on level) bonus movement speed and Cc-immune icon immunity to crowd control for 1.5 seconds.
    • Mana Cost: 45 − 28 (based on level).
    • Cooldown: 6 seconds.
    • Target Immunity: 6 / 5.7 / 5.4 / 5.1 / 4.8 / 4.5 seconds (unaffected by ability haste).

  • Wingborne Storm Wingborne Storm (R)
    • Active - Stance: Udyr enters Storm Stance, empowering his next two basic attacks to deal 10 − 30 (based on level) (+ 30% AP) bonus magic damage to nearby enemies.
    • Additionally, Udyr summons a blizzard around himself for 4 seconds that deals 10 / 19 / 28 / 37 / 46 / 55 (+ 20% AP) magic damage every 0.5 seconds to nearby enemies and Slow icon slows them. Minion icon Minions take 50 / 60 / 70 / 80% (based on level) damage.
    • Recast - Awaken: Udyr ends the blizzard if it is active and unleashes a glacial storm for 4 seconds that is able to move on its own. The storm follows the closest nearby Sight icon visible target and applies the same effects but deals Successfully enhanced damage magic icon bonus magic damage equal to「 1% − 2% (based on level) (+ 0.4375% per 100 AP) of the target's maximum health per tick, capped at 10 − 50 (based on level) 」「 8% − 16% (based on level) (+ 3.5% per 100 AP) of the target's maximum health over the duration, capped at 80 − 400 (based on level) 」against Monster icon monsters, and Slow icon slows by an additional 10%.
    • The unleashed storm grants Sight icon sight of its surroundings and prioritizes following the last enemy Udyr has attacked while he is nearby, then enemy Champion icon champions, then non-champions, then Udyr.

  • Bug Fix: Akshan Akshan no longer fires attacks during Heroic Swing Heroic Swing while casting Lucian's Lucian's The Culling The Culling.
  • Bug Fix: Aphelios Aphelios no longer gets stuck in T-pose after casting certain ultimates.
