League of Legends V11.19

Client

  • Rotating Game Mode: Ultra Rapid Fire returns to live servers from September 23rd, 2021 to November 8, 2021.
AFK Penalties
  • New AFK penalty tiers added to take stronger action against serial AFKers and ensure a healthier game experience. Players who progress through AFK penalty tiers will now be subject to a new queue lockout penalty at higher tiers in addition to queue delays. Queue delays reset if an AFK is detected during any of the five queue-delayed games. These delays and lockouts apply to all queues except for Clash and TFT.
    • New AFK Tier 4: 15 minute queue delay for 5 games + 24 hour queue lockout.
    • New AFK Tier 5: 15 minute queue delay for 5 games + 3 day queue lockout.
    • New AFK Tier 6: 15 minute queue delay for 5 games + 7 day queue lockout.
    • New AFK Tier 7: 15 minute queue delay for 5 games + 2 week queue lockout.
League Client
  • Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where some players' screens would freeze when viewing runes during Champ Select or in Collections.
  • Bug Fix: Fixed a bug to significantly reduce the time spent "Waiting for Stats" after the end of a game.
  • Bug Fix: The menu that appears upon right-clicking a friend's name in the Social Panel now correctly persists until you select an action or click out of it.
  • Bug Fix: Sounds from the Social Panel (such as messages and clicks) now play consistently again.
Worlds Clash
  • Team formation for the first weekend of Worlds Clash opens on September 27, with matches taking place on October 2 and 3. In addition to the standard trophy, banner, and logo Clash rewards, Worlds Clash grants an additional Loot Capsule containing:
    • 1st place (both Basic and Premium tickets): (1) Worlds Event Orb + (1) Random Championship Skin Permanent + (1) 2021 Dragonmancer Clash Icon.
    • 2nd - 7th place (Premium tickets): (1) Random Championship Skin Permanent + (1) 2021 Dragonmancer Clash Icon.
    • 8th - 15th place (Premium tickets): (1) Random Championship Skin Shard + (1) 2021 Dragonmancer Clash Icon.
    • For all other Worlds Clash participants (both Premium and Basic tickets): (1) 2021 Dragonmancer Clash Icon.
  • Clash VP Track - Players will now be able to view their VP progress for the season within the Clash tab, including End of Season Rewards tracking and VP thresholds.

    • Doom's Cooldown reduction icon.png cooldown resets upon respawning. If Looming Darkness Looming Darkness triggers Doom, all targets will Flee icon.png flee from the center of its area of effect instead.
    • Innate - Gloom: Nearby enemy Champion icon.png champions that Dash.png dash or Flash.png blink, as well as targets hit by Looming Darkness Looming Darkness, will be marked with Gloom for 6 seconds. Vex's next basic attack, which becomes Projectile.png non-projectile, Mistral Bolt Mistral Bolt, or Personal Space Personal Space against a marked target will consume the mark to deal 30 − 180 (based on level) (+ 25% AP) Critical strike magic icon.png bonus magic damage and refund 25% of Doom's cooldown.
    • Against marked non-champions, Gloom deals 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% (based on level) damage and refunds 10% of Doom's cooldown.

    • Active: Vex emits a shockwave around her before the cast time, gaining a Hybrid resistances icon.png shield for 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 (+ 80% AP) for 2.5 seconds and dealing 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 30% AP) magic damage to all nearby enemies.

  • Looming Darkness Looming Darkness (E)
    • Active: Vex commands Shadow to fly to the target location, increasing the radius of the area as it travels. Upon arrival, Shadow deals 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 (+ 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% AP) magic damage to all nearby enemies and Slow icon.png slows them by 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% for 2 seconds.
    • Looming Darkness will cast at max range if cast beyond it.
    • Mana Cost: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110.
    • Cooldown: 13 seconds.
    • Target Range: 800, Effect Radius: Range center.png 200 − 300 (based on cast distance), Speed: 1300, Cast Time: 0.25 seconds.
  • Shadow Surge Shadow Surge (R)
    • Active: Vex commands Shadow to launch itself in the target direction, granting Sight icon.png sight of the area along its path for 0.4 seconds each and dealing 75 / 125 / 175 (+ 20% AP) magic damage to all enemies hit.
    • Shadow stops upon colliding with an enemy champion, marking them for 4 seconds and True Sight icon.png revealing them for the duration. Shadow Surge can be recast while the target is marked.
    • Recast: Vex commands Shadow to Dash.png pull her towards the marked target with Unstoppable icon.png displacement immunity, upon arrival consuming the mark and dealing them 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 50% AP) magic damage.
    • If the marked target dies within 6 seconds of being hit by Shadow Surge, Vex can cast Shadow Surge again at no additional cost for the next 12 seconds after 0.5 seconds.
    • Mana Cost: 100.
    • Cooldown: 140 / 120 / 100 seconds.
