Azir

• Starting mana reduced to 50 from 75.

Lucian

• Ability AD ratio increased to 50% AD at all Star-levels from 30 / 40 / 50% AD.

Nocturne

• Base attack speed increased to 0.8 from 0.7.

Olaf

• Base health increased to 850 from 750.
• Ability bonus attack speed increased to 125 / 150 / 450% from 100 / 150 / 450%.
• Bug Fix: Ability now properly cleanses and immunizes all attack speed slowdown effects.

Ornn

• Ability damage increased to 125 / 250 / 450 from 100 / 200 / 300.

Senna

• Ability bonus on-hit damage increased to 20 / 45 / 70 from 15 / 40 / 65.

Singed

• Ability damage increased to 225 / 300 / 2000 from 150 / 300 / 2000.

Taliyah

• Starting mana reduced to 30 from 80.

Taric

• Ability invulnerability duration changed 2.5 / 2.5 / 8 seconds from 3 / 3 / 5.

Zed

• Base attack speed increased to 1.1 from 1.0.

• Maximum damage taken increased to from .

Glacial

• New Effect: Glacials have a 25% chance on-hit to stun their target for 1.5 seconds and deal bonus magic damage.
• Old Effect: Glacials have a chance on-hit to stun their target for 1.5 seconds.

Poison

• Enemy mana cost increase reduced to 33% from 50%.

• Bug Fix: Tooltip now correctly describes partial healing reduction.
