- Cooldown reduction has been replaced by a new integer-based stat called Ability Haste.
- Ability Haste formula: Base Cooldown ÷ (1 + AH ÷ 100).
- Cooldown reduction formula: Base Cooldown × (1 − CDR ÷ 100).
- A new stat has been added: Ultimate Haste reduces the cooldown of ultimate abilities by the same calculation.
- Summoner Spell Cooldown Reduction has been replaced by a new stat called Summoner Spell Haste which reduces the cooldown of summoner spells by the same calculation.
