Second edition of the contest, this time the challenge is provided by Draven, the Glorious Executioner who won the previous contest. Rules aren't changed that much since last time, you can skip them if you want.
Rules[]
- Each participant must CREATE a custom champion for this contest.
- The title should begin with CCCX (where X is the number of the contest, in this case it's 2, so CCC2), and a link to the challenge must be posted on the champion page itself.
- Each participant may only have 1 accepted entry per contest.
- Each participant, once the champion is created, must then post a link to the champ itself on the comments below.
- If the entry respect the challenge, it will be accepted and posted on the list below.
- Once 10 entries have been accepted, no more entries might be accepted, and a poll will then be posted in a seperate blog post.
- If I or the previous winner (in this case Draven, the Glorious Executioner) post an entry, it won't count toward the cap.
- The poll will be available for roughly a week, then the entry with the most votes will win.
- The owner of the winning entry will submit the challenge for the next CCC as a reward.

As the previous winner said to me (exact quote): The next challenge shall be 
Diplomatic Immunity. (Just the invulnerability to every other champion not targeted) (Maybe even reverse it to invulnerable to only the select champion)
I understood as a "build a kit around it", and that's probably that.
