Innate[]

Name. Traininig, learning and fighting
Description. Romra earns 1 Training, learning and fighting point every time he levels up, these points can be use to unlock upgrades on Romra's Body condition, Arsenal or Armor trees. At level 6, 12 and 18, most of the upgrades increase their effects, ability upgrades instead increases their bonuses with their rank, also some needs spend gold in addition of the point. Romra can only carry up to 3 items, excluiding boots, but can carry 3 trinkets.

Body condition - General upgrades:

  • Mental wisdom. Earn 1 permanet ability power every 5 / 4 / 3 seconds alive.
    • Tenacious. +20% tenacity and slow resist.
    • Unexpected Fury. Basic attacks, abilities and enemy attacks earns, respectively, 4, 8 and 2 of Fury, up to 100, it starts to decay at 5 fury per second after out of combat for 10 seconds. Romra gains 0.4 / 0.55 / 0.7% attack speed per point of fury up to 40 / 55 / 70%.
      • Emotional focus. Passively Romra generates 1 / 1.5 / 2 fury every 1 second, in combat the effect increases up to +100% across 10 seconds. Fury no longer decays after being out of combat.
      • Emotional flow. Romra generates, respectively, an extra +1, +3 and +1 of fury with basic attacks, abilities and being attacked, the effect increases up to +100% across 10 seconds in combat.
  • Muscle wisdom. Earn 1 permanet attack damage every 15 / 12 / 9 seconds alive.
    • Tone up. Brings +10 / 15 / 20% attack damage.
    • Punch out!. Gives +15 / 25 / 35% critical strike chance.
      • Explosive punch. Critial strikes gains +10 / 15 / 20% damage.
    • Muscle memory. Attack speed is increased by +30 / 50 / 70%.
    • Body training. Increases abilities scales by 20%.
      • Combat techniques. Earn 1 combat techniques stack after landing a basic attacks or ability, which increases damage output by 1 /1.5 / 2%, can stack up to 10 times, each stack last 1 second.
      • Martial focus. Deals increased damage against the same target. Deal 1 combat techniques stack against enemies, up to 10, each increases damage input from Romra by 0.5 / 1 / 1.5%, each stack last 3 seconds.
  • Healthy. Earn 1 permanet health every 5 / 4 / 3 seconds alive.
    • Healing factor. Recovers 1% maximum health every 3 / 2 / 1 seconds, the effect increases to 200% in out of combat.
    • Advanced healing. Healing sources are 10 / 15 / 20% stronger.
    • Strong legs. Speed increases and slows are weaker by 5 / 10 / 15%.
      • On the march. Brings +50 / 75 / 100 speed out of combat.

Arsenal - Ability upgrades:

  • Meteor Blade. Meteor scourge's subsecuent casts deal +5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 additional damage, stack up to 3 times, last 10 seconds.
    • Bunches. Meteor scourge gains an 100 area of effect in the edge, or 100 extra range in the closes slam. The area deals the same damage as the ability and cannot affect enemies already affected by the blade.
    • Scorching metal. Meteor scourge now burns enemies, bringing true sigh of them and dealing 30% of the damage across 3 seconds.
      • Impacted ground. Meteor scourge leaves an area of effect where it slams which deals the same damage across 5 seconds and slows by 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35%.
    • Thirsty metal. Meteor scourge heals Romra by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% of the damage done but is reduced to 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6% against minions and pets.
    • Petricite edges. Meteor scourge makes affected enemies to deal 10% less damage during 5 seconds.
    • Meteor blade master. Meteor scourge knocks up enemies during 0.5 seconds and reduces armor by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% during 5 seconds.
      • Meteor rain. Meteor scourge can be recast a 2nd time for free.
      • Demolition slam. Meteor scourge can affect enemy structures but only deal 50% damage, also can destroy traps.
  • Tithe Shield. Guard Tithe can be recast, which make Romra to ends his defensive posture and charges 300 units in a direction, every enemy on the path is knocked with Romra, reciving 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+ 60% DA) (+ 50% PA) physical damage, if they hit terrain, stuns by 0.5 seconds and deals the same damage again.
    • Strut blades. Guard Tithe reflects half of the reduced damage from basic attacks.
    • Spring thorns. Guard Tithe defensive posture stores the damage it reduces, up to 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 / 180 (+120% Romra armor) (+175% Romra Magic resist) damage. When the effect ends or is recasted, consumes the stored damage and release a 600 explotion in 45° cone in direction of the shield, wich deals the consumed amount as physical damage, in the case of be recasted, the explotion is released before the dash.
      • Automatic release. Guard Tithe will release the explotion when the limit is reached near the target, if there is not target, it will no shot.
    • Shield plating. Guard Tithe reduction effect gains +5 / 7.5 / 10 / 12.5 / 15% extra reduction against physical damage from the same source during 3 seconds, it refreshes in every instance.
    • Petricita layer. Guard Tithe reduction effect gains +5 / 7.5 / 10 / 12.5 / 15% extra reduction against magic damage from the same source during 5 seconds, it refreshes in every instance.
    • Interception shield. Guard Tithe interceps all proyectiles and knocks back dashing enemies, the reduction effect is +10% stronger against proyectile attacks.
    • I can do this all day. Guard Tithe increases his duration by 0.5 second per attack, dealing or reciciving, up to 5 extra seconds.
  • Boot claws. Position matters dashes increases Romra movement speed to 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 / 55% during 1 second.
    • Claws on the ground. Position matters' makes Romra unstopable during the dash and 1 second after it.
    • Quick strikes. Position matters' increases attack speed by 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70% during 3 seconds, it refreshes when the bonus basic attack is used and can be stack up to 2 times.
      • Combo kick. Position matters' empowers 2 attacks instead of 1.
    • Reaper. Position matters' dashes deals 125% AD physical damage to enemies in the path.
    • Relative obstacules. Position matters' ground dashes will put Romra to the other border of a terrain if he will end inside them instead of stoping him in the border. Can only happens to
    • Predator ambush. Position matters' empowered attacks cause Romra to dash to his target up to 300 units.
  • Petricite crown. My turn! passive doubles when Romra is half health or when he is disabled.
    • Petricite high absortion. My turn! pasive reduces the duration of most CC, and also stores the stronger to apply it in the active with a duration of 1 second.
      • Siphoning shield. My turn! passively creates 1 spell shield, which refreshes after using the active or after no reciving damage during 30 / 20 / 10 seconds. My turn! will store the total damage from the blocked spell.
      • Royal Crown. The reduction effect no longer desactives when the limiter of stored damage is reached, instead, it will deal magic damage around Romra in a 300 area equal of the reduced damage.
    • Healing spell. My turn! active heals Romra by 5 / 10 / 15% (+1% per 200 stored damage consumed) of his missing health.
    • Protecting spell. My turn! active creates a absortion shield of 100 / 150 / 200 (+60% stored damage consumed) during 5 seconds.
    • Amplified reception. My turn! active increases buffs on Romra by 40 / 70 / 100% during 10 seconds.
    • Reinforcement magic. My turn! active increases Romra total stats by 1 / 1.5 / 2% per 100 stored damage.
    • Refreshing spell. My turn! restores full cooldown on Romra basic abilities.

Armor - Defensive and utility upgrades:

  • Dragon scales. Earn permanent 1 / 1.5 / 2 armor and 0.5 / 1.0 / 1.5 magic resistance every 8 seconds alive.
    • Dragon spirit. Reduces incoming damage by 15%.
  • Plate reinforcement. Increases armor by 5 / 10 / 15%.
  • Nullific cloth. Increases magic resist by10 / 15 / 20%.
  • Temporaly breastplate. Brings a absorption shield equal of 10% Romra maximum health. It recovers after 10 / 8 / 6 seconds in out of combat.
  • Speed god graves. Increases speed by +30 / 40 / 50 and dashes range by +50.
  • Void packing. Allows to carry 1 extra item.
    • High Trinkets. Reduce the cooldown of Trinkets, and each type has extra effects. Stealth ward has increasing vision, Oracle lends can reveal invisible enemies and Farsight alteration can see over terrain.
  • Mythical ways. Allows to carry another mythical item, mythical items and trinkets also count as legendary items.
  • Jade ring. Increases health by +200 / 400 / 600 and base health regen by + 100 / 200 / 300%.
  • Runes. Gives +15 / 25 / 35 ability haste.
  • Raily. Gives a pet who helps Romra in battle against non-champs, it only attacks if Romra does.
    • War pet. Raily are able to attack champs and has better combat stadistics.
    • Tracking pet. Raily can reveals injured enemies below certain health near.
  • Combat Tropies. Romra earns 1 point of his innate per kill, up to 3 per unique champ.

Name. Meteor scourge
Description. Romra slams the target ground with his meteor blade dealing 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+ 120% DA) (+ 80% PA) physical damage; the slam is different depending on the distance casted, there are 3 types.

  • Closes slam (200 units or less). Romra slams in a 200-wide area around him.
  • Middle slam (201 units to 700). Romra slams in a line in front of him to the target area, it haves a width of 150 units.
  • Long slam (701 to 1100). After a delay of 0.25 seconds, Romra slams in a line in front of him dealing 50% increased damage and effects, it haves a width of 200 units.
  • Stats. Cooldown 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 sec

Name. Guard Tithe
Description. Romra rize his shield during 5 seconds, reducing incoming damage and CC duration by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% (+ 3% per 100 AR) (+ 5% per 100 MR) reciving in front of it.

  • By default, the shield will always protec in front of where Romra runs, if the player selects Romra, the shield direction will be contrary at the actual, if some enemy is target, Romra will always put the shield in direction of the enemy target.
  • Stats. Cooldown 15 / 13 / 11 / 9 / 7 sec

E[]

  • Name. Position matters
  • Description. Pasive. Romra stores a charge of Position matters every 15 / 13 / 11 / 9 / 7 seconds, it can stack a maximum of 3.
  • Active. Romra leaps a short distance of 200 units. Resets Romra basic attack timer and empowers the next basic attack to deal 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% additional damage, last 10 seconds.

Name. My turn!
Description. Pasive. Reduces and stores 10 / 20 / 30% damage from all sources, up to 300 / 400 / 500 (+100% AP) (+20% Romra maximum health). The damage reduction only has effect meanwhile the limiter isn't reached.
Active. Romra cleanses all debuffs from him, also deals all the damage the ability stores as magic damage in a 600 area, consuming it in the process. Can be cast when disabled.

Changes[]

  • 18/08/2021.
    • Meteor Scourge:
      • Moved most additonal effects of the different slams to a upgrade in the Arsenal tree in the innate, except the increased damage of the 701 to 1100 slam type.
    • Guard Tithe:
      • Moved the proyectile intercepting and reduction, the knocks dashing enemies and the second cast to upgrades in the Arsenal tree in the innate.
    • Position matters:
      • Moved the bonus movement speed to a upgrade in the Arsenal tree in the innate.
      • Added. After the dash empowers one basic attack to deal 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% additional damage, last 10 seconds.
    • My turn!:
      • Moved the amplicador buff to a upgrade in the Arsenal tree innate.
  • 18/08/2021. Traininig, learning and fighting. Now Romra can only carry up to 3 items intead of 6, but he can carry 3 trinkets intead of 1.
