Rufus

the neverending Warmachine

Looks:
Heavy armored tank with tracks but no main cannon.
The left track is smaller than the right and
are both covered with plates.
His upper body is a somewhat humanoid turretbase with a heavy armored right arm thats mostly retracted. The face is ontop, mostly covered by a plated turtleneck, with only 2 red glowing vertical slits visible.
Piltover style

Support/Tank AP

This champion focuses most on Positioning and Disrupting enemy Positioning to gain an advantage for the team or get good lineups for ultimates. I intended for low base damage with high scalings to make the champ more flexible and allow for more playstyles and combinations. But its Theme is still the Knockback and its huge effect if properly timed and combined with teamwork.

Innate:Rufus has 2 modes Armored and Unleashed.

Rufus starts the game Armored. In Armored mode total health is halved(rounded up)and should he die he will switch instantly to Unleashed mode instead and trigger an Explosion that knockbacks and damages enemys in a radius with magic damage.

Explosion radius and knockback scales with total armor and total magic resistance.

  • Damage::
20+10xLevel(+ 100% AP)

In Unleashed mode total health is halved and all natural armor and natural magic resistance is lost. Rufus gains movement speed instead for every 3 levels. On Death the Explosion deals true damage.

Rufus fully extends his right Arm in breathtaking speed knockingback all enemys in line dealing magic damage.If the enemy is pinned against terrain it will cause a 2.25stun instead.

1. Does Warmogs work normaly?

-if you have 6k health, yes. The game treats Rufus health as half for all health calculations, becouse it is.


2. Do Chained Mines more damage or is it blocked?

-only on the same explosion is damage blocked to 1 mine, so chaining knockback for more damage is possible.


3.This Champ doesnt have mobility at all.

-I am aware, thats how i made him. He doesnt need it with all the knockback, just use your head more.


4.Are you sure about him being Tank ? I feel like a lot of people are going to play him more suicidal ap
