Urf, the Manatee is a custom champion in League of Legends.
FOR URFMACIA!
Urf is naturally more agile in bodies of water,gaining 60 movement speed when walking in water.
Aditionally,when walking in water he stores water in his belly,being able to store maximum 200 water in his mighty belly.Urf's spells cost mana,but will also consume water (if he stored some) to make him gain a movement speed buff that can stack 3 times upon hitting enemies with his skills.
Active: Urf calls upon the god of the manatee Urfseidon to reveal an area in a large radius by targeting a specific area .

Revealed enemies will take additional magical damage from auto attacks and if Urf has water stored,he will gain the buff,even if it doesn't reveal any enemies.
Toggle - Off: Urf uses his magical spatula as a weapon,dealing bonus magical damage with his attacks

Toggle - On: Urf uses a dead,highly poisonous fish as a weapon,dealing magical damage over time with his attacks.
Only the first attack with either the spatula or fish will consume water and give him the buff.
