Options (Removed)

ONLY OPTION 3 IS SHOWN CURRENTLY, FOR TESTING PURPOSES, AND BECAUSE IT WAS MOSTLY AGREED ON. THE OTHER OPTIONS HAVEN'T BEEN UPDATED FOR WILD RIFT OR THE UNTITLED GAMES.

Option 1: Icons of the games the champion is in. If they're in none, instead links to the page titled their name. '

Option 2: Icons of the champion in the games if they're in it. TFT icon is the one from the latest set they're in. If the icon doesn't exist, then the icon of the game is shown. If the TFT icon is the same as the LoL one, the game's icon is shown.

Option 3: Same as Option 2, but also the Lore icon will show the champion's most recent clearly visible canonical appearance, if there is one.

Icon Flowchart

(not updated for every game shown here)

  • Wild Rift icon Wild Rift: WR uses screenshots from the model viewer, unless the game has a completely unique splash for the champion. If neither exists, the WR icon is used.
  • League of Legends icon League of Legends: Champ Square -> Champ Square (No Original Skin qualifier) -> Champ Circle -> LoL icon
  • Teamfight Tactics icon Teamfight Tactics: Skin Square (Only if not Original Skin) -> Skin Circle (Only if not Original Skin) -> TFT Icon (The way this is done needs to be streamlined a bit)
  • Legends of Runeterra icon Legends of Runeterra: LoR Square created from the art -> LoR Icon
  • Lore: Lore icon made from the most recent clear lore portrayal -> Intelligence Mastery 2014 icon (Might change to the Runeterra Crest icon Runeterra map icon)

Changes to the main pages

The 'main champion page' would be reworked into a portal for everything related to a champion (Mock-up), A /LOL page would need to be made for every champion, at the moment the template links to /Abilities instead. The games without significantly revealed info have text in the portal that mentions them currently, I'm going to work on examples that display them differently.

Examples

In use

Celestine Wish is working on remaking champion pages using this template.

THE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE EXAMPLES HERE ARE OUTDATED, AND THERE ARE NEW LORE AND WR REPRESENTATIONS THAT DON'T HAVE ICONS MADE YET

Senna

(LoL, TFT Set 2 [icon same as LoL], and Lore icon)

This template also works for these - pages with no /Abilities, /LOR, /TFT, /Background, but the functionality may be removed as it's quite expensive for no gain.

Characters

This also works for lore characters because, at least currently, they follow the same naming scheme as champions.

This technically works for lore characters, but they're better off having tabviews rather than seperate linked pages, in my opinion.
