• The Unstable Voidspawn reuses its icon, model and animations from the Voidspawn spawned from the removed League of Legends version of Zz'Rot Portal.
• The AoE true damage that the Unstable Voidspawn deals upon death resembles Kog'Maw's Icathian Surprise ability from League of Legends.
