Selection UI

  • The original summoner spells continue cooling down in the background while swapped out.
  • The swap cooldown is static and thus is unaffected by summoner spell haste.
  • There is no time limit for swapped summoner spells; they will remain within the summoner spell slot until they are used.
  • Selecting Smite Smite will not grant access to jungle-exclusive items (Gustwalker Hatchling Gustwalker Hatchling, Mosstomper Seedling Mosstomper Seedling, and Scorchclaw Pup Scorchclaw Pup).
    • Swapping Smite Smite out for another summoner spell does not prevent access to or the effects of those items as well.
  • After swapping spells once, if Smite Smite wasn't one of your original summoner spells, Smite's Smite's damage is increased to 900.
    • Swapping another time will increase the damage to its maximum of 1200.
    • Swapping while Smite Smite is already equipped will not affect the current damage.
    • Selecting or swapping back to Smite Smite will not place it on cooldown.
  • Selecting Teleport Teleport after 14:00 will grant Unleashed Teleport Unleashed Teleport instead.
    • If Teleport is currently being swapped to, it can transform into its unleashed version after 14:00.
    • If Teleport is swapped out for a selected summoner spell, the transformation will take place after it returns to the spell slot.
  • If Hexflash Hexflash is swapped out for another summoner spell and Flash Flash comes off cooldown, the selected summoner spell will be automatically swapped back to Flash Flash.(bug)
  • On the ProfileIcon1109 Blood Seal Hunt of the Blood Moon, ProfileIcon0785 The Thinking Manatee Ultra Rapid Fire, and Hijack Ultimate Spellbook mode, Unsealed Spellbook is exchanged with First Strike First Strike.
  • The available summoner spells to pick from are:

  • Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where swapping Hexflash Hexflash to a different summoner spell would prevent that summoner spell from being used while in-combat.
V8.9 - Reworked
  • New Effects:
    • While out-of-combat, swap one of your equipped summoner spells to a new, single use summoner spell.
    • Your first swap becomes available at the 6 minute mark, with an initial 240 second cooldown. Selecting a summoner spell reduces the swap cooldown by 15 seconds, up to once per unique summoner spell, down to a minimum of 120 second cooldown. You must swap to 3 different summoner spells before returning to one you've already used.
    • Selecting a summoner spell puts it on a 5 second cooldown.
    • Using a selected summoner spell puts the summoner spell on the same slot on a 10 second cooldown.
    • Your original summoner spells continue cooling down in the background while swapped out.
    • You can now swap your summoner spells anywhere on the map as long as you're out of combat.
    • Closing the Unsealed Spellbook tab while dead no longer prevents you from re-opening it until respawn.
  • Old Effects:
    • Reduces the cooldown of summoner spells by 15%.
    • Additionally, you may swap your Summoner Spells while at the shop by exchanging Summoner Shards. You gain your first Summoner Shard at 2:00, and gain another every 6 minutes thereafter, up to a maximum of 2 at a time.
    • Newly acquired summoner spells will inherit any remaining cooldown of the summoner spell it is replacing.

  • Summoner spell cooldown reduction reduced to 15% from 25%.

  • Bug Fix: Now properly updates its user's summoner spell icons in spectator mode.

    • Swapping to Smite Smite during a game will not grant access to Jungler items, and you may not have the same summoner spell twice.
