Active: Twisted Fate cycles through Blue CardRed CardGold Card three cards for 6 seconds, hovering each for 0.5 seconds at a time. Choosing one by reactivating Pick a Card converts Twisted Fate's next basic attack within 6 seconds to have a 0.25-second cast time, deal magic damage, and apply an additional effect based on the card selected. The attack applies both on-hit and spell effects, but cannot Critical strike icon critically strike.

Pick a Card's recast can be used while affected by Stun icon crowd control.

  • The initial cast counts as an ability activation for the purposes of on-cast effects such as Spellblade, charging Spellbinder item Spellbinder, and stacking Force Pulse Force Pulse.
    • Recasting the ability does not.
  • The enhanced attack triggers against Turret icon turrets but not jungle plants and Ward icon wards. It will not trigger against any other structures.
  • Pick a Card triggers on-hit effects and thus will stack and trigger Stacked Deck Stacked Deck.
  • The first card shown is random but the order always remains the same (Blue Card Blue Card, Red Card Red Card, Gold Card Gold Card, repeat).
    • Upon activation, an indicator visible to allies and enemies appears above Twisted Fate to show him shuffling his deck of cards while remaining in the same order, the card he can choose at every moment glows over the others. The selected card is specified for the duration of the enhanced attack.
  • PENDING FOR TEST The interval until the next card is hovered is 0.528 seconds every time, instead of some times 0.528 and other times 0.495.

At 3 stacks, his next basic attack against Turret icon non-structures consumes the stacks on-hit to deal bonus magic damage.

  • Stacked Deck can be Counter Strike dodged and/or missed if Twisted Fate is Blind icon blinded (the enhanced attack is not consumed in either case) but cannot be Spirit's Refuge blocked (the enhanced attack is consumed and the bonus damage is still applied).

Active: Twisted Fate summons an identifying eyeball above all targetable enemy Champion icon champions for a few seconds, True Sight icon revealing them for the duration. Destiny can be recast after 0.5 seconds.

Recast: Twisted Fate Channeling icon channels for 1.5 seconds and then Flash blinks to the target location upon completion, Bullet strikethrough destroying all Projectile projectiles targeting him in the process.

  • The second cast's name is Gate.
  • Both casts count as ability activations for the purposes of on-cast effects such as Spellblade, charging Spellbinder item Spellbinder, and stacking Force Pulse Force Pulse.
  • Destiny will reveal Ward icon wards and Noxious Trap stealthed traps if they are within Sight icon sight range of a revealed enemy champion.
  • The Nearsight icon nearsight from Paranoia Paranoia will overpower the True Sight icon reveal from Destiny regardless of which one was cast first (enemy champions can still be revealed by Destiny after Paranoia ends if durations permit).
  • Using the recast will inform allies with a ping.
    • Both allies and enemies can see an indicator at the targeted location of where Twisted Fate will appear.
