Notes
- Transcendence will only grant cooldown reduction at level 10, and you will not gain any bonus AP or AD from this rune until you go over the cooldown reduction cap. This means that this rune is really only effective in the mid-to-late-game.
- Cosmic Insight and Ultra Rapid Fire increase the cap to 45% and 80%, respectively, which affects the threshold that Transcendence will trigger.
Strategy
- Transcendence is as gold efficient as Absolute Focus when having Template:Pp18 cooldown reduction in excess.

- V7.22 Added
- Sorcery Slot 2 rune.
- Passive: Gain 10% cooldown reduction at level 10.
- Additionally, you gain either 2 Ability Power or 1.2 bonus Attack Damage (Adaptive) for every 1% cooldown reduction in excess of the cap.
- Adaptive: Grants bonuses based on which stat you already have the most bonuses for. Defaults to the first listed.
