Airborne

A unit is made airborne alongside undergoing a forced displacement in a specified direction or to a specific point. For the duration, the unit is also Stun icon stunned and cannot move, attack, cast abilities, activate items or use the Summoner spell icon summoner spells Flash Flash and Teleport Teleport.

Interrupts: The accompanying Stun icon stun interrupts all Channeling icon channeled and charged abilities, as well as Anivia OriginalSquare Anivia's Glacial Storm Glacial Storm. The accompanying displacement interrupts all Dash dashes and overrides previous airborne effects.
Reduction: Airborne duration and forced movement's execution time are unaffected by Tenacity icon Tenacity.
Resist: Resisted by Cc-immune icon crowd control immunity and Unstoppable icon Unstoppability.
Removal: The forced movement that comes with airborne effects cannot be removed by cleansing effects. However, Remove Scurvy Cleanses can be used to remove the underlying Stun icon stun, allowing the user to cast abilities: a dash or blink ability can be used to overrule the forced movement. Note that Cleanse Cleanse, specifically, cannot be used to do this.

Most crowd control effects are applied by attacks or spells that can be blocked with Spell Shield Spell Shields.

All tip data templates use the same parameter.

Retrieval of data items

{{data Airborne|pst2|interrupts}}, using parameter selection template Template:Pst2, gives the parameter interrupts, etc.

For retrieval of more data items it is more efficient to prepare a template for that, to be used as follows:

{{data Airborne|template name|..|..|..|..}}

so that this data template needs to be called only once.[1] The default template is Template:Tip data, producing this page.

The four parameters are optional, they are passed on to the prepared template as parameters 2-5.

A parameter being undefined or empty typically means the same, see below. {{data ..|pst2|..}} gives the empty string and the text "{{{..}}}", respectively. Therefore, an application checking the parameter has to check both. Checking whether a result is equal to e.g. the text "{{{popinc}}}" cannot be done directly with #ifeq in a template which itself has also a parameter with that name, because if that is defined, there would be a comparison with the value instead of the text itself. Instead, it can be checked whether the first character of the result is "{", e.g.: {{#ifeq:{{padleft:|1|{{data {{{continent}}}|pst2|popinc}}}}|{|..|..}}. Until here the documentation is automatically generated by Template:Tip data.
