Innate:Teemo gains invisibility after 1.5 seconds of not moving, taking damage, performing actions that break stealth, channeling, and being in stasis. Teemo will remain invisible so long as he does not move or act, and is not displaced. If within brush, Teemo gains invisibility after 1.5 seconds even while moving and may do so freely within its boundaries without breaking stealth.
Innate - Element of Surprise: When Teemo breaks stealth, he gains the Element of Surprise for 5 seconds, granting him 20 / 40 / 60 / 80% (based on level)bonus attack speed.
If Teemo is in a brush while stealthed, only Taunt will break it.
Guerilla Warfare's stealth is special-cased to be interrupted whenever Teemo moves from his location by any means (whether by dashing, blinking, being displaced, or simply moving), thus, performing actions that do not normally break stealth which also involve movement will cause the invisibility to break. Notably, Flash and Teleport. If Teemo is in a brush the aforementioned spells do not end the stealth so long as his exact destination is still inside brush.
Starting Teleport's channel will not break Guerilla Warfare, only the blink upon completing the channel will (with the exception stated above).
Guerilla Warfare will not activate while Recalling.
Passive:Teemo'sbasic attacks deal bonus magic damageon-hit and apply a toxic poison for 4 seconds that deals magic damage every second over the duration. Subsequent attacks refresh the poison's duration.
Passive:Teemo stores a Noxious Trap charge periodically, up to a maximum amount at once.
3 / 4 / 5
Active:Teemo tosses a poisonous mushroom at the target location which, upon landing, becomes stealthed after arming over 1 second, lasting for up to 5 minutes and granting sight of its surroundings. Noxious Trap bounces forward if it lands on top of another.
300 / 400 / 500
The mushroom will explode upon enemy contact, slowing all enemies struck by the blast for 4 seconds and poisoning them for 4 seconds, which causes them to suffer magic damage every second over the duration and become revealed.
The bounce can occur an indefinite amount of times while Teemo is alive. If Teemo dies before Noxious Trap bounces on another, the trap will disappear.
Rift Scuttler will not trigger Noxious Trap's explosion if it is not being attacked.
Enemies who step on multiple Noxious Traps will only refresh the duration of the damage over time and slow.
Noxious Trap's damage is determined when it detonates and not when planted, meaning if Teemo'sability power changes, the scaling is also altered to affect the active damage of all Noxious Traps so long as they do not explode.
Spell shield will prevent the damage over time and slow for all units but will not prevent the detonation itself.
Undeterred by even the most dangerous and threatening of obstacles, Teemo scouts the world with boundless enthusiasm and a cheerful spirit. A yordle with an unwavering sense of morality, he takes pride in following the Bandle Scout's Code, sometimes with such eagerness that he is unaware of the broader consequences of his actions. Though some say the existence of the Scouts is questionable, one thing is for certain: Teemo's conviction is nothing to be trifled with.
An elf renowned for his unflinching happiness in all things, some people once believed that under Teemo's merry exterior lay the heart of a killer. Those naysayers soon vanished under completely normal circumstances.
Eggs are lame, right? They're round. They break easily. Eggs need a major facelift. Introducing… Teemo! He's cute. He's annoying. But most of all, he'll paint all your eggs for you, maybe turning one or two (or seven) into life-threatening explosives.
Evildoers beware! The archvillain-turned-superhero Teemo knows how you think—and he's ready to strike back in the name of peace and justice! With a single deafening blast, Teemo's super sigil bursts open to envelop foes in a specially formulated toxin, leaving them ready for capture and incarceration! Thanks, Teemo!
“…and a great sign shall appear in the heavens, the light of the world fading from human memory, as all the evils once locked away rise again upon a wicked throne—the true lord of darkness seated thereon. Every living thing will know his laugh, and be drowned in sin.” Teemo 16:3
A trickster spirit and a child of the forest, Teemo is famed across Ionia as the embodiment of nature… though his more onerous accolade is the king of pranks. A consummate gadfly and lover of all things annoying, his exploits in tricking mortals have graced the pages of Ionian history for hundreds of years.
Having abstained from pranking his “best friend forever” literally once, the Spirit of Salvation has gifted Teemo with his wildest dream—becoming shiny and gold. Never one to leave anybody alone, ever, he has promised his BFF to prank them at every opportunity, every day, until they die and join him in the spirit realm. Good luck to them.
Teemo cooks up his specialty steamed buns every year for the revel, and every year they're a big hit— literally. Those explosives pack a punch! Almost as much of a punch as the bill for all that property damage.
New Effect: Teemo stores a 'mushroom charge' every 30 / 26 / 22 seconds (affected by cooldown reduction) up to 3 (recharge timer stops if Teemo is at maximum capacity) with every trap placed requiring and consuming one. Teemo always respawns with 2 charges ready.
Cooldown between traps reduced to 1 second from 20.
Damage changed to 250 / 475 / 700 from 350 / 500 / 650.
