I think the outdated template should not be removed until we add :
- screenshots of the new turrets showing the new abilities
- detail those abilities in the page
- icons for the turrets (they differ for different turret types)

Recently, turret target order has been slightly unreliable when it comes to champions. Champions who are right next to the turret and targetable will sometimes be targetted after a further away champion, possibly due to lower health.
