The cast position will be calculated from the time she cast, so it can still be missed if during casting, her target moves away too fast.
Because units cannot be knocked out of the arena, Taliyah will knock up her target if they are melee units at the edge of the arena. She can fling her ranged enemies over her head, in the opposite direction, or knock up if there's no empty space on the opposite side.
Active - Seismic Shove: Causes the ground to erupt under the enemy with the most mana, dealing 150 / 350 / 550 magic damage to them, and stunning them briefly. This also knocks ranged enemies away, or pulls melee enemies closer.
