Innate: Enemy champions that Death.png die will leave behind a Soul Fragment for 16 seconds, which can be collected by Swain after 1 second. Swain's ravens collect nearby Soul Fragments, as well as with Vision of Empire Vision of Empire and Nevermove Nevermove.

Soul Fragment: For each stack, Swain gains 12 bonus health. Upon collection, he will Heal power icon.png heal for 3 / 4 / 5 / 6% (based on level) of his maximum health.

Info
  • Death's Hand will still cast and deal damage if Swain dies during the cast time.
  • This ability will cast from wherever the caster is at the end of the cast time.
  • The total damage to a single target will be split evenly among each bolt that hits, meaning that hitting with more bolts will deal less damage per hit (but more overall damage).
  • Spell Shield.png Spell shield will block all bolts.

Active: Swain launches a demonic wave in the target direction that deals magic damage to enemies hit.

Magic Damage:
35 / 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 (+ 25% AP)

At maximum range, the wave homes back to Swain and detonates upon the first enemy hit, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies and Root icon.png rooting and Reveal icon.png revealing them for 1.5 seconds. Nevermove can be recast while Champion icon.png champions hit are rooted.

Recast: Swain Airborne icon.png pulls the rooted champions over 290 units and collects a Soul Fragment from each of them. If the targets would be brought past Swain, they are instead Airborne icon.png knocked back the excess distance.

  • Nevermove's recast can be used during the cast time of other spells.
  • Spell Shield.png Spell shields block either the pass-through or the detonation, not both.
  • If the root is not applied to or is removed from all champions, the recast does not become available.
  • The pull will interrupt Channeling icon.png channels at the very beginning, but does not keep the target stunned for the rest of the movement.

Active: Swain frees the demon within, gaining Demonic Ascension and generating 50 Demonic Energy. Demonic Ascension is maintained with Demonic Energy, which decays by 5 every 0.5 seconds, increased to 7.5 after 5 seconds have elapsed. Swain generates 10 Demonic Energy every 0.5 seconds while draining from at least one enemy Champion icon.png champion, and fully restores it to the maximum of 50 upon scoring a Champion icon.png champion Damage rating.png takedown.

Demonic Ascension: Swain is Ghost.png ghosted and drains the lifeforce of nearby enemies, both dealing magic damage and Heal power icon.png healing himself each second per target affected. The heal is reduced by 90% against Minion icon.png minions and Monster icon.png monsters. Nevermove's Nevermove's Cooldown icon.png cooldown is also reduced by 20%.

20 / 40 / 60 (+ 10% AP)

15 / 27.5 / 40 (+ 18% AP)

    • Active: Swain unleashes five bolts of eldritch power in the target direction, dealing 65 / 85 / 105 / 125 / 145 (+ 40% AP) magic damage to the first enemies they hit. Enemies can intercept multiple bolts, taking 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% bonus damage per additional bolt.
    • Bolts that kill their targets continue onward and restore 3% maximum mana. This can repeat indefinitely until the bolts reach their maximum distance.
    • Mana Cost: 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 / 85.
    • Cooldown: 7.5 / 6.25 / 5 / 3.75 / 2.5 seconds.
