Swain is a champion in League of Legends.[1]

Ravenous Flock

Innate - Ravenous: Swain can periodically target a nearby Stun icon.png immobilized enemy Champion icon.png champion to rip out a Soul Fragment from them, dealing 20 − 105 (based on level) (+ 30% AP) magic damage and Airborne icon.png pulling them 290-units towards him over a 0.25-second cast time. If the target would be brought past Swain, they are instead Airborne icon.png knocked back the excess distance.

Swain cannot use Ravenous while unable to cast abilities.

Enemy champions also leave behind a Soul Fragment for 16 seconds upon their Death.png death, which can be harvested after 1 second if Swain is near them.

Innate - Flock: Swain's ravens bring nearby Soul Fragments to him, Heal power icon.png healing him for 4 / 5.5 / 7% (based on level) of his maximum health. Each Soul Fragment collected increases his maximum health by 5.

  • Ravenous Flock's Airborne icon.png pull requires the target to be Stun icon.png immobilized by an enemy source.
    • Self-applied or allied-applied Stun icon.png immobilizes do not allow Ravenous Flock to cast against the champion. Those applied by the neutral team (e.g. Dragon's Dragon's initial knock back) can be targeted.
    • Ravenous Flock can be used against Cc-immune icon.png cc-immune or Unstoppable icon.png displacement immune targets that are affected by an ongoing Stun icon.png immobilization. This will apply the damage, but the target will be prevented from being Airborne icon.png pulled.
  • The crows carrying the souls will only be seen by the enemies if they have Sight icon.png vision of Swain.
  • The pull will interrupt Channeling icon.png channels at the very beginning, but does not keep the target stunned for the rest of the movement.
    • Channeling icon.png Channels can be started successfully during the pull, provided the previous crowd control does not prevent them still.

Upon reaching its maximum distance, the wave returns to Swain, detonating at the first enemy hit, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies and Root icon.png rooting them for 1.5 seconds.

Maximum Damage:
70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 50% AP)

Active: Swain frees the demon within for 12 seconds, becoming Ghost.png ghosted, gaining Health icon.png bonus health and doubling the health gained from Soul Fragments.

While Demonic Ascension is active, Swain drains the lifeforce of all nearby enemies, dealing them magic damage each second and Heal power icon.png healing himself each second per target affected. The heal is reduced by 90% against Minion icon.png minions and Monster icon.png monsters.

Active: Swain releases a nova of energy, dealing a base amount of magic damage to all nearby enemies plus 37.5% of the health drained during Demonic Ascension Demonic Ascension, with the total damage Critical strike magic icon.png capped.

  • Manually casted Demon Flare counts as an ability activation for the purposes of on-cast effects such as Sheen item.png Spellblade and stacking Force Pulse Force Pulse.
    • If Demon Flare triggers automatically, it will perform its effects without being considered an ability activation.
  • Demon Flare passes through champions. Effects like Yasuo's Yasuo's Wind Wall Wind Wall and Braum's Braum's Unbreakable Unbreakable will block the portion of the nova they intercept.

    • Bolts that kill their targets continue onward and restore 3% maximum mana. This can repeat indefinitely until the bolts reach their maximum distance.

    • After restoring 150 / 300 / 450 (based on level) health with Demonic Ascension, Swain can end its effects early to cast Demonflare, and automatically does so at the end of its duration.
    • Demonflare: Swain consumes all of his Soul Fragments, dealing 45 / 60 / 75 (+ 27% AP) magic damage per fragment to all nearby enemies based on their number.
    • Second Cast Cost: All Soul Fragments.
    • Cooldown: 120 seconds.
