Strategy

• Spellbinder is strong on AP assassins such as Evelynn as it offers an active massive increase in damage, especially in early game as it gives a large flat AP boost, and if they have a spammable ability ( Evelynn's Hate Spike) that can self-charge it.

• Recipe: Aether Wisp + Needlessly Large Rod + 700 = 2800.
• Stats: +100 ability power, +10% movement speed.
• Unique Passive - Spellsteal: Gains a Spellbinder charge each time a nearby enemy or allied champion, including yourself, uses an ability, up to a maximum of 100 charges.
• Unique Active - Spellburst: Grants ability power for 4 seconds, and bonus movement speed decaying over 4 seconds (60 second cooldown).
