- Heal health ratio reduced from 7.5% target's misssing health to 5%.
- Cooldown reduced from 23 / 20 / 17 / 14 seconds to 22 / 19 / 16 / 13.
- Bonus movement speed reduced from 20% at all ranks to 20 / 22.5 / 25 / 27.5%.
- Base shield increased from 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 to 60 / 90 / 120 / 150.
- Shield AP ratio reduced from 40% AP to 35%.
