The icebornhumanSejuani, and her mount, the drüvask boarBristle. They are not distinct units for any gameplay purpose, but many abilities consist of effects that originate from or affect Bristle, with Sejuani commanding him, but this is only an aesthetic distinction.
Innate - Icebreaker: Enemies stunned by Sejuani become Frozen for the disable's duration. Sejuani's next basic attack or ability against a Frozen enemy will consume the effect to deal them 10% of their maximum health as bonus magic damage, capped at 300 against epic monsters.
Gaining Frost Armor does not remove any pre-existing slows or cripples.
Icebreaker will not trigger if the basic attack is blocked.

Active:Sejuani hurls a trap at the visible enemy with 4 stacks of Frost closest to the cursor, which upon arrival consumes all stacks to deal them magic damage, knock them down, and stun them for 1 second.

Upon reaching maximum range or colliding with an enemy champion after traveling over 400 units, the bola deals increased damage and instead stuns for 1.5 seconds, and creates a frost storm at the surrounding area for 2 seconds which forms a glacier on the ground that slows enemies within by 30% and grants sight of the area in a smaller radius.

Rework: After a 0.25-seconds delay, Sejuani swings her flail in a cone in the target direction, dealing 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 (+ 1.5% maximum health) physical damage to all enemies hit and knocking back minions and monsters. She then lashes out with her flail after 0.75 seconds in a straight line in the same direction, dealing 40 / 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 (+ 4.5% maximum health) additional physical damage and briefly slowing to all enemies hit. Sejuani can move freely during Winter's Wrath. Both swings will strike in the cast direction, but their hitboxes follow Sejuani's movement.
Cooldown reduced to 120 / 100 / 80 seconds from 130 / 115 / 100.
Rework:Sejuani throws a True Ice bola in a line, dealing 100 / 125 / 150 (+ 40% AP) magic damage and stunning for 1 second the first enemy champion that collides with. The bola's base damage increases the further it travels, up to 150 / 187.5 / 225. If the bola travels before exploding it stuns enemies hit for 2 seconds. The bola shatters upon collision or reaching maximum range, creating a storm for 2 seconds, slowing other enemies by 30%. At the end of the duration the storm shatters the ground, deals 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 80% AP) magic damage and slowing by 80% for 3 seconds.
