The champion Sejuani Sejuani consists of two beings:

  • The iceborn human Sejuani Sejuani, and her mount, the drüvask boar Bristle Bristle. They are not distinct units for any gameplay purpose, but many abilities consist of effects that originate from or affect Bristle, with Sejuani commanding him, but this is only an aesthetic distinction.

Innate - Frost Armor: Sejuani receives Sejuani Frost Armor.png Frost Armor if she hasn't taken damage from monsters or enemy champions in the last 12 seconds, lingering for 3 seconds after taking damage.

Sejuani Frost Armor.png Frost Armor engulfs Bristle Bristle in True Ice, granting Sejuani Slow immune 2.png slow immunity, Cripple immune.png cripple immunity, Armor icon.png 10 (+ 50% bonus armor) bonus armor, and Magic resistance icon.png 10 (+ 50% bonus magic resistance) bonus magic resistance.

Innate - Icebreaker: Enemies Stun icon.png stunned by Sejuani are Frozen. Sejuani's basic attacks and abilities against Frozen enemies consume the effect to deal 10% of their Health icon.png maximum health as bonus magic damage, capped at 300 against epic monsters.


Arctic Assault

Active: Sejuani signals Bristle Bristle to Dash.png dash to the target location, dealing magic damage and Airborne icon.png knocking up all enemies hit for 0.5 seconds. The charge will prematurely end upon colliding with an enemy Champion icon.png champion.

Magic Damage:
80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+ 60% AP)

Sejuani can cast any of her abilities during Arctic Assault.

  • Champions will slightly be Airborne icon.png knocked back, while minions and monsters will instead be slightly Airborne icon.png pulled for a fixed distance.
  • Arctic Assault cannot Airborne icon.png knock enemies over terrain.
  • Casting Flash Flash during Arctic Assault will end the dash and affect enemies at the new location.

Winter's Wrath
COST: 65 Mana
COOLDOWN: 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5

Active: After 0.25 seconds into the cast time, Sejuani swings her flail in a cone in the target direction, dealing physical damage to all enemies hit and Airborne icon.png knocking back Minion icon.png minions and Monster icon.png monsters.

Physical Damage:
20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 (+ 20% AP) (+ 2% of her maximum health)

She then lashes out with her flail after the remaining 0.75 seconds of the cast time in a straight line in the same direction, dealing additional physical damage and Slow icon.png slowing all enemies hit by 75% for 0.25 seconds.

30 / 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 (+ 60% AP) (+ 5.25% of her maximum health)
Total Damage:
50 / 95 / 140 / 185 / 230 (+ 80% AP) (+ 7.25% of her maximum health)

Sejuani can move freely during Winter's Wrath. Both swings will strike in the cast direction, but their hitboxes follow Sejuani's movement.

  • Spell Shield.png Spell shields will block only a single instance of damage - either the swing or the lash.

Passive: Winter's Wrath Winter's Wrath and both Sejuani's and nearby allied Melee role.png melee champions' basic attacks apply Frost to enemy Champion icon.png champions, epic, large and medium monsters, siege minions siege minions and super minions super minions for 5 seconds, stacking up to 4 times and refreshing on subsequent attacks from them.


Active: Sejuani encases the Sight icon.png visible enemy with 4 stacks of Frost closest to the cursor in ice, consuming all stacks to deal magic damage, Knockdown icon.png knock them down, and Stun icon.png stun them for 1 second.

Magic Damage:
55 / 105 / 155 / 205 / 255 (+ 60% AP)

Enemy champions Stun icon.png stunned by Sejuani cannot gain Frost for 8 seconds.

Permafrost Bladework.png resets Sejuani's basic attack timer.

  • PENDING FOR TEST: Permafrost's stack application interaction with parrying effects (dodge dodge, block block, Blind icon.png blind).

Glacial Prison

Active: Sejuani throws an ice bola in the target direction, stopping at the first enemy champion hit, dealing magic damage, Stun icon.png stunning, and Sight icon.png revealing them for 1 second.

Magic Damage:
125 / 150 / 175 (+ 40% AP)
Empowered Magic Damage:
200 / 300 / 400 (+ 80% AP)

The bola deals increased damage, Stun icon.png stuns and Sight icon.png reveals for 1.5 seconds and shatters upon reaching maximum range or upon colliding with an enemy champion beyond 400 range, creating a frost storm for 2 seconds which forms a glacier on the ground that Slow icon.png slows enemies within by 30% and grants Sight icon.png sight of the area in a smaller radius.

At the end of the duration, the glacier breaks, dealing the same damage and Slow icon.png slowing enemies by 80% for 1 second as well as briefly Sight icon.png revealing them and the area.

Magic Damage:
200 / 300 / 400 (+ 80% AP)

The enemy hit by the bola is not affected by the storm's effects.

  • Applies Disintegrate.png spell damage to the primary target and Death Lotus.png area damage to secondary targets in the ice storm.
  • Glacial Prison affects minions only if they are within detonation radius.
  • Spell Shield.png Spell shields will block only a single instance of damage.
  • The bola is always thrown at maximum range.
  • The bola does not collide with terrain.
  • Glacial Prison will cast from wherever Sejuani is at the end of the cast time.
