Rising Tides is the launch set of 
Legends of Runeterra and the second set of cards released. It introduced 
Bilgewater to the game, as well as new cards to existing regions. Rising Tides was developed before Riot began dividing sets with expansions.
Rising Tides (Expansion)[]
Rising Tides features 54 collectible cards from Bilgewater, including the champions: 
1Fizz, 5Gangplank, 3Miss Fortune, 7Nautilus and 4Twisted Fate. It also introduces the 
Attune, 
Deep, 
Nab, 
Plunder, 
Scout, 
Stack, 
Toss, and 
Vulnerable mechanics to the game. The remaining 68 cards are spread across the existing regions, with a focus on 
Demacia, 
Freljord, 
Ionia, 
Noxus, 
Piltover and Zaun, 
Shadow Isles, and their new champions: 5Lee Sin, 4Maokai, 5Quinn, 6Sejuani, 5Swain, and 5Vi.
