EditThe Crimson Raptor and Raptor are neutral monsters on Summoner's Rift.

The Raptor camp consists of one large Crimson Raptor and five lesser Raptors. Killing this camp awards gold and  experience.

Lore

Raptors are an avian species native to Summoner's Rift. While incapable of flight, they have large strong back legs and large front teeth used for hunting. This species tents to its young until they can fend for themselves against larger predators. When born their feathers are the predominantly blue-greenish color, once they mature their obtain the Crimson Raptor look. Their feathers are used for making cloaks. It is said that killing a Crimson Raptor with the spell of Smite grants unto the victor the keen senses of the beast, allowing them to see unseen threats.

Experience granted

• Killing the Crimson Raptor grants experience.
• Having a jungle item ( ) grants an additional 60 experience. The first large monster killed grants an additional 150 experience.
• Totaling between 80 and 85 experience.

Notes

• Without slows, the Crimson Raptor has a movement speed of 350. When its patience runs out its movement speed is increased by 20%, to 419 [350 (+70) (-1)].
