  • RP were formerly known as RP icon old Combat Points early in the European server, and RP icon old Riot Points until the announcement that the name would change to simply RP icon RP, to coincide with the announcement of multiple games for the 10th Anniversary Event, which do not make use of the currency, including Legends of Runeterra icon Legends of Runeterra and Teamfight Tactics icon Teamfight Tactics on mobile platforms, hence making the name Riot Points incorrect.[2] - the name is a relic of when League of Legends icon League of Legends was Riot's only major game.
