Requirements

• Requires 20 points in Utility.

Notes

• Presence of the Master applies before other cooldown reductions.
• Recharge reduction and cooldown reduction are often confused because of their similarity, cooldown reduction is only for champion abilities, while recharge is only for summoner spells.
