Commencing Stopwatch is a legendary item in League of Legends.
Notes[]
- The Commencing Stopwatch cannot be sold. Once transformed, the Perfectly Timed Stopwatch can be sold for 40.
- The Commencing Stopwatch is considered a component of its upgrades, and will show their remaining price already reduced by the knock-off's 250 value.
- The name of the in-game item is identical to the Stopwatch, but has been named differently on the League of Legends Wiki for archive purposes.
- Perfect Timing will prevent the use of even authentic Stopwatches before the initial 14 minutes.

- Bug Fix: Commencing Stopwatch's cooldown now correctly displays in the scoreboard.
- Bug Fix: Commencing Stopwatch no longer swaps item slots when it becomes a Perfectly Timed Stopwatch.
- Stopwatch transform time increased to 14 minutes from 10.
- New Effect: Takedowns now reduce the time for Stopwatch to transform by 2 minutes.
- Removed: No longer reduces Gargoyle Stoneplate, Guardian Angel and Zhonya's Hourglass' cooldown by 15%.

- Passive: Receive a Perfectly Timed Stopwatch at 6 minutes. The Perfectly Timed Stopwatch is identical to the Stopwatch, except it has only half the value and so costs 300 more to upgrade. A cosmetic, Commencing Stopwatch, occupies one of your item slots before this time.
- Additionally, you gain 15% item cooldown reduction for Guardian Angel, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Wooglet's Witchcap, and Zhonya's Hourglass.
