Babette is the Madam of a brothel in Zaun, and was a supporter of  Vander when he ran the Undercity. She appeared to have been good friends with Vander and a young  Vi, which is why she was saddened when Vander died alongside his adopted children;  Claggor,  Mylo, and presumably even Vi. Years later, she was pleasantly surprised when Vi, all grown up and still alive, visited her in her establishment in order to seek out information about  Silco and the whereabouts of her sister  Powder. Babette updates Vi on how the Undercity has changed since Silco rose to power and although she doesn't know anything about Powder, she directed Vi to the location of  Sevika, Silco's second in command and a regular of her brothel. |

Chadd and the Inx rigged the Fenlox Theater to detach and float in hopes of getting Jinx's attention. Deckard, a Zaunite teenage street urchin, worked as a thug and informant for Silco, the leader of the criminal underworld. After a confrontation with Vander's children, Vi and  Powder, Deckard was reprimanded by Silco for intervening instead of just observing. Informed about an explosion caused by the children in Piltover, Silco rewarded Deckard with a meal and later revealed he had volunteered as the first human test subject for shimmer. Under the drug's influence, Deckard transformed, gaining immense strength and speed but losing higher mental faculties. He played a pivotal role in Vander's capture but reverted to normal after the drug wore off. Deckard, drinking shimmer again during a clash with Vander's children, was defeated by Vander and presumably perished in a subsequent building collapse. |

Sky Young was a woman from Zaun and was a childhood acquaintance of  Viktor. Eventually she grew up to be an assistant in  Jayce Talis and Viktor's laboratory in Piltover. She was an aspiring scientist who had a crush on Viktor and also admired him as a scientist. She would attempt to get closer to him by offering to walk home together but Viktor was oblivious to her approaches and feelings, focusing more on his work. Sky had a notebook that detailed her own independent research that she wanted to show to Viktor and gain his insight. However, she walked in on Viktor attempting to use the  Hex Core to transform his body. It appeared that Viktor lost control of the Hex Core and was about to be consumed by it, so Sky tried to pull him away from the Hex Core in order to save his life. The Hex Core disintegrates Sky and uses her life force to power Viktor's transformation before shutting down. When Viktor regained consciousness, he is left distraught by Sky's death. |
